The property was lovely. It was very clean. Very close to grocery and convenient to so many restaurants and attractions. Ana had great communication and when we needed additional supplies in the condo, they were delivered very quickly. Some of the pots and pans need updating and more kitchen towels would be helpful. The condo was decorated very nicely and seemed updated. We had a great stay.

Great location to all local attractions. Room was extremely clean. Beds a little to firm for our family but other than that, we would stay here again. This was our second stay at this resort and both are very well maintained.

The location was great and super close to all the things we needed: the convention center, Epic Universe, and Universal Orlando. The property was clean and just as expected. My kids loved the pool that is within a 2 minute walk from the unit. Our host was very helpful and responded to my communication in a very quick time frame I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful kitchen! Living room and dining area small but nice. The balcony area was pretty dirty and unusable. Definitely bring your own toilet paper, shampoo and soaps because very little is supplied. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained and just a very short walk away. Overall, pretty nice, especially for the price.

The apartment was very dusty several members of my family started sneezing when they walked into the apartment and when they left to do outdoor activities the sneezing stopped. All bed linens and pillows were poor quality with pillows they were so flat. Poor quality in kitchen ware. Bathroom toilet seat was broken took a day or two for them to respond to me then it took a couple of days for them to come and fix it without being notified when they were coming to fix it. Towel racks in need of repair and the toothbrush holder was dirty. They claim you get a box of tissue and all we got were a pocket size tissue pack. They said you get shampoo sample and we got was two bottles of hair conditioner. Just extreme poor quality in everything including service. Save your money go elsewhere and get better service.

Regarding the toilet seat, once the issue was reported, we arranged for maintenance to replace it as soon as scheduling allowed. We apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding the timing of their visit. Our property provides a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and household essentials for guests upon arrival. We are sorry if some of the expected items were missing or incorrectly stocked, and we have addressed this with our cleaning team to help prevent it from happening again. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pillows, kitchenware, towel racks, and bathroom accessories. We regularly inspect and replace items as needed, and your feedback will be used as part of our next property inspection. We are disappointed that your overall impression was so different from the experience we strive to provide and that many of our guests have shared with us. This is a great property close to the parks and the convention center. It was comfortable and the pictures were very accurate so there were no surprises. The unit is on the second floor, it was quiet and family friendly.A couple of very knit picky notes:The kitchen could use a couple of more bowls for mixing/cooking, but overall was well stocked. The dryer struggles a little bit, so I had to run it twice for each load....not a big deal, but added a little more time to laundry.The A/C was really struggling to keep up. We tried to keep the air at 75 (we were asked to not go below 73) but the coldest it really stayed was 77/78 degrees. I'm from AZ so I'm used to warmer temps, so it wasn't too bad, but there were a couple of days when I wished it would cool (and take the humidity out of the air) a bit better. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would stay again!

This place was affordable, very clean. No nighttime disturbances. Great location to and from parks, traffic was minimal. Access to groceries, food, and gas. Owner provided all information needed prior to arrival. Pool was nice temperature. Friendly neighbors. The third room beds are more suitable for children than adults, but overall I give this place a thumbs up!
