Outdoor delight. The back deck has plenty of shade. Koi pond. Table for 6. 2 lounge chairs and Hammock chair. 3 bedroom ranch. 2 Queen, 1 Full. Fully loaded kitchen. Jenn Air gas range. Asko dishwasher. Refrigerator with ice maker.
main bath has shower only. There is no tub. Has half bath in master bedroom. Hardwoods floors and tile, No carpet.
All neighbors have 3-5 acres. Close to World's of Fun, Ameristar Casino, Shoal Creek golf course, Martha Lafitte nature sanctuary, Liberty dog park, and Belvoir Winery .
There are 3 outdoor cameras on the property. One on the Front door, back door and driveway. They record 24/7.
