First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the check-in delay due to the account access issue. This was an unusual situation, and we have since taken steps to prevent it from happening again. Additionally, we regret the misprint of the Wi-Fi password in the binder and appreciate you bringing it to our attention—it has now been corrected. Regarding the items you mentioned in the home, we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they have any concerns. We would have been more than happy to address them in real time to ensure your comfort. While there were a few loose cabinet handles, which have now been tightened, the flooring is brand new and in excellent condition. The dining room table has a minor, natural wear crack—nothing that affects its function or integrity. The shower issue was a simple fix and has since been adjusted by a plumber, though it did not impact its usability. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and we regret that our space didn’t fully meet yours.
