Absolutely amazing stay!! House was top notch and outside patio area with fire pit was an added bonus. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet stay as it is an acreage.

We only had one night here but we all really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, and great decor. The fire pit was really nice and was a highlight for our family.

We had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean and very modern. Check in and check out was easy. We loved when the neighbor dogs came to greet us. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this lovely rural home, far from the city and highways, was the perfect antidote to a long day on the road. Smartly-furnished, comfortable, and immaculate, we were very happy with both the house, property, and neighborhood. Bonus points for the treadmill, bike, and elliptical in the garage.

Family Road Trip

Stayed one night during a family road trip. Beautiful home on a quiet country road. Clean, well maintained, looked exactly like the photos. Very sweet neighbor dogs came to welcome us and to say goodbye.

Lovely house hidden away. If you go for a walk there are dogs on every property around you. They aren't a problem but they will all bark at you. Great privacy and nice to get out of town

Quiet & Clean

We loved staying here for my daughter's dance competition in Excelsior Springs! The home is quiet, clean, and off the beaten path. If you bring your dogs, beware of ticks as well as the neighbor dogs who are friendly but roam free. It's in the country y'all

Great for Families

We had met family to celebrate many birthdays. We had plenty of room for three families and a set of grandparents. (6 adults/6 kids). The kids loved the 7 acres and explored every portion of it to include the ponds and neighborhood dogs. House was very clean and well-furnished.

40th Birthday

Thank you! The house was wonderful to celebrate my birthday with girlfriends! The place was clean, cute and the beds were comfy! 8 women stayed, we enjoyed the fire pit, seeing the stars, karaoke on the patio! Which made a great dance floor It was all I needed it to be, thank you!

Great stay with thoughtful amenities, but pest control needed :-) We had a great time at this vacation home! The vanities in each bedroom were a fantastic touch, allowing everyone to get ready without crowding the bathroom. We also really appreciated the nightstand lamps with built-in charging ports—very convenient for keeping devices powered up.The only downside was the presence of spiders—we ended up killing around 30 during our stay. With a bit of pest control, this place would easily be five stars. If that’s addressed, we’d absolutely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Lovely stay

This was a lovely stay. The place was amazing and the people were very responsive and helpful! If it were up to me I never would have left. The only reason I give 4 stars is because there were bigger dogs loose around the property. I’m not sure who they belonged to, but it was very intimidating and scary for someone who owns two small dogs. One of the dogs was not the friendliest and chased after one of my house mates. It definitely made the stay a little uncomfortable because you felt like you always had to look over your shoulder when going outside. No fault of the owners by any means, but something that should be addressed when visitors are expected
