The Mary Ann building is located across from the amazing central library in the highly sought after Spring Garden neighbourhood. The building is above the NSLC Port of Wines as well as the popular restaurant Garden Food Bar, and Spin Co., yoga studios, and fitness classes are all within a block away. A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead.
We value our guests and their comfort during their stay with us. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities.
We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.
A few things that we do offer on request:
-playpen -highchair -baby bath -ask us...you never know. A $250 pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card on file in case of damages.
Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.
Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.
Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.
No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.
Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.
There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.

Great location and nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Only minor areas for improvement would be better blinds in the main room and a more quiet fan in the bathroom but these are minor things. Would stay again. Parking entrance and exit is tight. But again minor issue.
Great location. Park your car and walk. We used the bus once and it was handy/easy to use. Place is beautiful and was spotless. Communication with Jeremy was excellent. Highly recommend for a stay in Halifax.
Property exactly as described. Very large property very comfortable excellent location for Halifax. underground parking as part of the property was very nice. The landlord was extremely helpful with excellent communication and responsiveness.
The Condo was great! Very clean and with lots of nice touches (kitchen items, laundry items, coffee, sugar etc.). It is in a great area - close to the shops and the water. There’s a nearby grocery store and cafes and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive with a question we had. Would be an awesome spot for a long term stay. We would stay here again.
Excellent stay at Clyde Suites - highly recommend! Unit was clean, very spacious and bed/pillows comfortable, which is key. Location is walking distance to everything you want to see in downtown Halifax. Would stay again when we return.
Property was very clean and in a great location! My partner especially liked the security of the building and made her feel very safe. Underground parking was great to have in the winter, and something that stood out was the responsiveness of the host Jeremy and his willingness to help with recommendations or inquiries! All in all an excellent experience!

The host was very helpful with suggestions. Check-in was very easy. This place is spotless. My suite was huge, clean, everything was wonderful. Did not know this was Vrbo, beware of extra charges. Would choose this again, no question.
Very clean one bedroom unit with a full kitchen, in unit laundry and free parking in underground garage. Located in the centre of Halifax just one block from Spring Garden Street. Very convenient
This property was perfect for our weekend getaway to Halifax. It was located in such a great area which allowed us to be able to walk to all the popular restaurants, bars, shopping and the waterfront. 10 minute walk to all the main areas. The condo itself was clean, modern and had a nice open concept with a cute patio to sit on and relax. Every time I had a question, Jeremy got back to me within 15 minutes. Everything about check in was explained thoroughly and we easily found the building and got in. If I had one thing for feedback I would just suggest a full length mirror in the bedroom. That was literally the only negative. Thanks for a great stay!
Fantastic apartment that is in the heart of Halifax. We walked everywhere. The apartment is modern, super clean & well stocked with glasses, dishes and even coffee & sugar. Bed is very comfortable. There is a lot of storage space in the bedroom closet & in the bathroom. Washer/dryer work great with detergent provided.Having a reserved parking spot was great as our trip was part of a road trip. The building is quiet and has an elevator.Check-in instructions were very clear & detailed.Highly recommend for your visit to Halifax.
Stayed five nights. Excellent in virtually all respects (but a comfier sofa would be a plus!). Suite was however very comfortable and very clean, very nice building. A home away from home! Staff attentive when we needed them, thanks! Great location, south end, close to waterfront, Public Gardens and for our trip, Huskies Stadium. NCLS Port Liquor store and a good restaurant in building in ground floor retail. Restaurants and other services a block away on Spring Garden Rd. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Halifax...much better value than the Barrington Hotel where we stayed last year! Would love to stay again!
