Approved gatherings with additional non-overnight guests are subject to a $250 gathering fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 guests (8 adults + 2 children).

No alcohol is permitted at gatherings or events. Unapproved parties, events, or additional guests are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the stay.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash & Dry a load of towels. Start the washer with 2 sets of sheets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking/vaping. Strict rule, any violation will result in additional $200 cleaning fee
No parties. Small family gatherings/rehearsal dinners may be allowed with prior approval. Contact host before booking. $250 gathering fee. No alcohol.
