I live here locally in the Gulf Breeze area, originally from Texas and spending most of my career working on the ocean in various parts of the world, it was only fitting to settle down with my family on the Gulf Coast of Florida. What can I say, that hasn't been already stated about our white sugar sand beaches, the emerald green waters, and for the most part endless summers it seems like. Here with my family we get to enjoy this all everyday. I used to be gone 8-9 months a year, and now for the past 5 years I have been home with our 8 year old twins, enjoying all that we can here in our paradise home area.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property as an opportunity to offer people from all over the world, a small part of the life we have here. The opportunity to share our beaches, our beautiful gulf coast waters, and the atmosphere that has been bringing people back here year after year. To relax, unwind, get away from the daily grind, of there busy life and the opportunity to enjoy a small part of ours. I hope to bring lasting memories to people I don't know, and just maybe they will want to come back and get to know us for a 2nd or maybe 3rd time. But be careful, this kind of life and area will leave you wanting more, and maybe, just maybe you too will be one of our neighbors.

What makes this property unique

There are many unique benefits we have to offer with this Beachfront Condo. Where to start, the beautiful sunrise on a flat calm day, the color of the water, "Emerald", that will leave you wondering how or why you did not come here sooner. The white, sugar sand beaches, to run and play on and in. and depending on the time of year, with a front row seat, getting to watch our very own "Blue Angels" putting on an amazing show. Yes it is a front row seat, not only to these few things, but also to our own paradise. Sit on our balcony, with your drink of choice, be it morning, noon, or night. Listen to the sound of the waves, the seas birds, the children playing, and again listen to the beautiful sound of what nature has to offer. The list is endless.
