******Beach Service Summers Only******
We recently paid for seasonal beach service for our guests. The beach service includes two chairs and one umbrella. Lazy Days Beach Rentals will set these up daily (weather permitting) at 8 a.m. and take them down at 5 p.m.-6 p.m. This service is only available from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but we do have some small beach chairs in our balcony closet for you to take down to the beach with you daily.

Details:

We would love to share our beautiful and recently renovated...one bedroom beach front condo with you. Our family enjoys every moment that we have time to spend here and we hope that you will too. Our place is on the sixth floor and faces the gulf, looking southwest. The year-round sunsets are beautiful from the balcony, as you can see the gul and the sound. It is perfect for couples or small families and sleeps two adults (king sized bed) and two children (pull out sofa bed) comfortably.

***Due to our family's extreme allergies, there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PET policy at all times, including our private balcony.***

The spacious bedroom has a beautiful Teak Chic banana leaf king bed and there is a queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper in living room for up to 2 children. Crown molding and gorgeous tile floors are throughout the unit and white marble countertops invite you into the kitchen, bar and bathroom vanity. The kitchen appliances are top of the line and all stainless steel. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you would need, including a Keurig for your morning coffee, a blender for those frozen concoctions, a regular coffee pot and a tea kettle.

We also provided our guests with lots of reading material and family games for those times you want to take a break from the sun and snuggle up together. When you are not looking at the beautiful sunset or dolphin-watching, you are able to enjoy a movie or cable on our large flat screen TV and BluRay player in the living room. Our condo has its own washer and dryer in the unit. FREE Wireless internet. There are tennis courts/pickle ball courts on property and a large community pool. Up to two parking passes per unit are provided. You are not permitted to park boats, trailers or RVs.

Regency Towers is located directly on Pensacola Beach and our suite directly faces the gulf. Our beach sunsets are unforgettable! Regency Towers is very close to The National Seashore which is quiet and serene. It is a very family friendly community, so please don't plan to party in our home!!! You wilk be asked for the names of all guests and you are responsible for their actions. It is only a few miles from the busyness of the boardwalk, yet close enough to use the free Trolley service during the summer or drive a couple of miles when you want to eat out or do a little shopping. During The Blue Angels Beach show, you can view from our balcony, the beach below, or you can drive a few miles down to show center. PLEASE NOTE: You must be at least 25 years old to rent our home. The renter must occupy the suite during the entire stay. No exceptions. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children. Violators will be evicted immediately and will forfeit any payments made, including their security deposit. You will be required to sign a contract and send us a photo I.d. or your reservation will be cancelled.

From one military family to another, we thank you for your service. For a 10% military discount, please send proof of service, before you book.

Your reservation is held when first payment is made (50%).

**If you are unfamiliar with the area, please let us know and we can provide you with specific information. Take a look at www.visitpensacolabeach.com. There are lots of great festivals, museums, a zoo, camps for the kids, etc. We have lived in the area for 14 years and love it!

This is a great spot on the beach. You can see the beach and the Pensacola ball from the balcony. Regan is so nice and super helpful. This was our second year to stay here. We love it so much!

This place is quaint & immaculate. Perfect for us as a couple who was looking to kick back and relax. Very well taken care of. Wonderful Stay

This was our first rental experience, and it was great! The view from the balcony was perfect, and we spent quite a few hours relaxing and watching the ocean. The decorations and furniture were so beachy and fun. The check-in and check-out process were very simple, and the owners were kind and easy to work with. We would definately stay here again if we return to Pensacola Beach!

Anniversary get away

We are a military family who fell in love with Pensacola Beach when stationed here for naval aviation flight school in the 90's. We are blessed to have been able to return here years later and make this a home for our family.

Why they chose this property

We bought this beautiful condo in 2013 and made it a true place that we call "Heaven on earth." We have traveled all over the world and still have not found whiter sand than our beach. Our condo is also a few miles away from the busyness of the restaurants, shops and bars of the boardwalk, yet...close enough to take the free trolley in the summer or a short drive away, when you want some entertainment. We hope that you love it as much as we do. The view doesn't get much better....especially at sunset....or when The Blue Angels are flying by.
