Trash: • Take the trash and recycling out. Trash goes in the brown bin, recycling in the green bin, under carport except potentially on Monday, they may be at the street for pick up.
$10 fee will be assessed for missing keys.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect the noise level of the neighborhood.
Before check out take trash out and put in the brown bin, on Mondays it may be at the street for pick up. Pull sheets and put towels in the shower.
If you smoke outside please clean up and dispose of you butts properly (not on the ground).

This is such a cute and unique little space. It was clean, welcoming, and warm. We enjoyed our stay! She also allowed us to check in early after our travels. On a side note, we were a little surprised to find that the room is attached to the home leaving you in close quarters with the host. The only concerning part of this was not wanting to disrupt the host during our start.

We loved our stay! The room was definitely one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The bed is very comfortable, location is easy to get to from downtown Nashville - just a 15/20 minute drive and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood, rather than the busy loud main strip off Broadway.
