Nice property. Only issue was the location. Driveway is a steep, long, turns hill. Very difficult to drive up driveway, and even harder to get down. Very clean, and hosts were great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great decision going with The Maimon Group and this particular home. The the home was cozy and comfortable beautiful view nestled in a perfect location to get around Los Angeles. The team was very responsive to all of my needs. Highly recommend.

We loved Troy Hill

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: absolutely wonderful, stunning house with gorgeous views and a lovely pool/and jacuzzi with outdoor seating. While it takes a little while to get up the winding hill, the house is well located not far from freeway in one direction and restaurants and stores in the other. Close to many good Hollywood restaurants.

The home was a bit smaller than we expected but it boated amazing views and the decor had a nice modern feel.
