Located less than one mile from downtown Franklin, our serene home is flooded with natural light.
Enjoy our curated vintage furniture and art, comfy linens and towels, chic designer lighting, and classic English cottage kitchen.
The backyard features a small fire pit and firewood with automatic dusk to dawn café lights and wooden rockers.

$100 pet fee, $25 each additional pet.

Such a cute little house in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Well stocked. We stayed here for a music festival nearby and were within a reasonable walking distance to the downtown area. We would love to stay here again.

Decent for the price to stay in a desirable location like Franklin. The house was older and some areas were dirty and not very clean. One bed had long hairs found under the sheets and the house smelled moldy. But it did the job for what we wanted.

Perfect place to stay!

It was such a great house for our family with two teenagers and our dog. We were there for a soccer tournament and there was lots of things to do around with good food and shopping! It’s located in a very nice and quiet area, and great that we could be right near downtown Franklin!

Loved this little home, just 1 short mile from downtown historic Franklin. Located on a quiet street and perfectly situated for a lovely stay for small family or a ground of friends. The only thing we wanted was a slightly larger kitchen table, but the long bar with barstools was perfect for meal prep and assembly and extra seating, as needed. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the street was very nice for evening walks. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Get Away!

Beautiful quiet neighborhood close to the historic downtown and beautiful park to walk your dog. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home is very cozy. Thank you for providing a really nice place to stay in Franklin.

Franklin Christmas Vacation

We loved the location and the appearance of the house. It was very clean and had most of what we needed. The refrigerator wasn’t on when we arrived and my wife told me to call the host. However, I found that it was plugged into a circuit protector strip and it was in the off position. I turned it on and the refrigerator started working. The only problem was, it would shut off every so often and have to be turned back on. I think the owner just needs a new power strip and the problem will most likely be fixed. The other issue is water pressure. If you are washing clothes you cannot shower. There is zero pressure. Not sure but that may just be an issue with water pressure in that area. However, the pressure should be tested. The beds were very comfortable and the house was warm. I would encourage anyone that is staying here to bring towels and wash rags. There were only 2 wash rags and 4 towels. We had 5 in our party. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. I would most definitely stay here again! The power cord and the water pressure are no reason not to stay here. I only noted them so the owner can address the issues. We had a great time!

Nice quiet cottage

Nice quiet corner lot and neighborhood, perfect for walks, but still close to downtown Franklin. Cottage was clean and well appointed. Overall we had a very nice stay and would return to this house again. Two things of note: the refrigerator was dirty inside and having a curtain on the front door for privacy would be appreciated.

Perfect Cottage for Friends Reunion

The cottage was exactly as presented in the pictures! It was so cute especially for high school classmates and best friends to enjoy together. It was so close to downtown Franklin and conveniently located to other points of interest in the area. Thank you for the attention to detail and generosity in supplying all of our needs. The bottle of wine and chocolate was a nice touch, too! I highly recommend this sweet little cottage.

Quaint, cozy spot in Franklin

Great little home in Franklin. Located in a small, quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to everywhere you want to go. Truly a great spot to stay for couples or groups of friends. Not enough nearby attractions or enough space in/around the house for small families, but would also work well for families with older kids.

Perfect for a Family of Four + Dog

We stayed at this cottage while in Franklin for a soccer tournament. The location was ideal, just 1.5 miles from the fields. Traveling with two tweens, two adults and a dog is too much for a hotel room. My tweens shared a room, but not a bed (phew). We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. My tweens even got to see a how a real life record player works! The host was helpful, responsive and flexible. We will definitely book again next year.
