Jake grew up in Eagle River on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes and Laura grew up in Indiana and vacationed in the UP at her family cabin on Lake Gogebic. We love the Northwoods and adore the remarkable Cisco Chain and want to share it with those who want to relax and unwind.
Why they chose this property
The Cisco Chain is quiet and not as populated as other chains in the area. We have clear water and lots of wildlife. It’s unlike any chain in the area. It’s very pristine and peaceful!
What makes this property unique
Thousand Island Lake Resort was originally built as a boys camp back in the 1950s by Americo Fiorucci. He expanded the camp into a resort for vacationers in 1968. Many of the cabins are from the original camp decades ago, with modern updates.
