Peaceful Getaway in Granbury with Private Fishing & Gameroom

The House on Lake Apache is a private waterfront getaway for all vacations. This is a perfect place to relax and be able to enjoy the outdoors. Whether you want to sit outside by the firepit with nature or stay cozy inside with a blanket. This home is family oriented and has many amenities and games to enjoy during your stay. Hypoallergenic dogs are allowed, so you can also bring them along for the ride. We have tried our best to make your experience one to remember out in Granbury.

Downstairs Area: Master Bedroom | Queen bed, Full bathroom with shower, 43" Smart TV and one closet. Guest Bedroom | Queen Bed with Lake view, a 55" Smart TV, and one closet. Living Room | Couch, 75" Mounted TV, and Electric Fireplace. Kitchen | Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven/Range, Keurig, Kitchen Island with Four Bar Stools, Dining Table, Kitchen Utensils and Seasonings.

Upstairs Area: Guest Bedroom | Queen Bed, 43" Smart TV and one Closet. Second Guest Bedroom | Two, Twin over Bunk Beds, and one closet. Game room | Air Hockey Table, Green Wall, Board Games, Arcade Games and Access to Balcony.

Disclaimer: The home is by a small lake in the community, but it is not directly on Lake Granbury or the Brazos River.

Exterior Area: Outdoor Gazebo | Firewood Fireplace and Electric Fireplace without door seating by the Lake.

FIREPLACE AND FIREPIT
The indoor and outdoor electric fireplace have a remote control which will be provided on site. The outdoor wood fireplace will have firewood provided per visit.

TELEVISION and INTERNET: There is a 75' Smart TV in the Living Room downstairs and a 55' Smart TV in the Guest room downstairs that have access to Netflix, Disney +, and Hulu. You may also cast to the TV and connect to the high-speed wireless internet provided.

INTERACTIONS WITH NATURE: This is an amazing place to enjoy the outdoors and nature. There is a variety of different animals you may see during your stay. From ducks, geese, turtles, fish, frogs, and snakes. Please enjoy wildlife from afar and do not try to feed them. Please stay out of the lake, as there are snakes in the area.

KITCHEN and COFFEE: You will have access to a Keurig with complimentary pods, creamer, and tea. The kitchen is fully equipped with knives, cookware, and appliances.

ENTERTAINMENT: There is a game room upstairs where you can find the air hockey table, video arcade game machine, board games, and fishing rods available. Fishing is permitted and is catch and release only.

CHILDREN:
The house is child-friendly, and you are welcome to bring children of any but please be aware the house is not "childproof" - there are stairs, and many decorative items within reach. We do include a baby gate and a foldable play yard/crib for babies and infants on the property. It is your responsibility as a parent to evaluate the suitability of the property for your needs, and to ensure your children follow the house rules.


****GUEST FEES****
There is no extra charge for smaller groups, up to 4 guests. More than 4 guests will have an additional charge of $20 per guest per night. This pricing will already be placed in the VRBO pricing before booking and will be shown during the checkout process. Anyone over the age of 2 is considered a guest. Please note, in order to maintain a cozy atmosphere for all guests, please be aware that our VRBO property has a strict maximum capacity of 10 guests during your stay. Please do not allow unauthorized guests in the property, any kind of event or gathering will be subject to immediate eviction without refund of rents or deposits.

Parties or Events are Not Allowed, No Smoking Inside of the Building, Please Clean Up after your Pet and Keep them off of the Furniture. Please Keep Noise Levels Down after 9 PM, Unregistered Guests are Not Allowed on the Property, No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms, No Littering, and Fireworks are Not allowed.
