Great Place!

My family and I had a great time during our stay. Cyndi was attentive and the place was perfect for our family of 4! The beds were comfortable, the house was well cleaned, and my kids had so much fun playing in the pool with all of the available pool floats. I especially loved the covered patio with comfortable lounge chairs. The house was in a nice spot where you can easily drive to local stores on your way to the launch ramp. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful Havasu Home

The house was wonderful and very clean.The kitchen had everything for cooking in.Beds were really comfortable with plenty of blankets.Backyard space was private and spacious with plenty of room to soak up some warm sunshine.Loved the ping pong table and big screen tv.We will definitely stay again when we get back to Havasu.

Clean well kept house in the middle of Havasu short drive from restaurants ranging from flashy entertainment of Shogun to the excellent family food of Bad Miguel. Took advantage of heated pool during sunny warm days in January, great break from negative temps back home. Host very attentive and quick with communications.

Wonderful!

Perfect Perfect Perfect

House was immaculate in every way. Everything worked as it should. Beds & furniture were in perfect condition. Air conditioning was perfect for our 110° stay. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Property is located less than 10 minutes from just about everything. Though we didn’t use it, the pool was crystal clean. Backyard was huge, gated and great for our dog.

Fun weekend

Booked the property based on our needs and solid reviews. Cyndi contacted me by phone to answer any questions we might have and to provide additional details. Check in was easy and once inside we did a walkthrough. It was obvious that the property is well stocked and everything was clean including the backyard and pool. The neighborhoods is quiet and in a good location. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Great couples property

It was great to stay here. Nice 2 bedroom separated by living area we all felt we had the room and privacy we needed The pool was great after a few long days out. And the nice table under the patio was great to hang out with a cocktail As we are researching properties in the area for purchase we will be back soon and will of course stay here ! Great!

We liked everything! The house was well equipted and spacious, the neighbourhood was very quiet and the pool was amazing! It was a very hot week at Havasu, so the pool was very well used! Also the communication with Cyndi is very good.

Cyndi Myatt is the best !!

Our vacation home hosted by Cyndi Myatt was absolutely perfect!! The house was absolutely comfortable and felt like our home away from home. Her little notes around the house were super helpful on every level. The garage was great to play ping pong and blow up our inflatable paddle boards . The pool was at the perfect temperature always and was shaded later in the afternoon. What can I say , what a wonderful experience to have stayed on this property. As Advertised and Excellent

We stayed at Cyndi's house for one week in January 2024. The booking process was seamless and the house and contents were as advertised. The amenities in the house and kitchen were as good or better than we have ever seen - trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap just to name a few. The two master bedrooms and bathrooms are ideal for two couples. The location is an easy drive to the London Bridge area and very good restaurants. We would not hesitate to book this house again.

My staff and I work diligently year-round to provide our guests with a choice of four highly maintained vacation homes which are fully equipped down to the last detail. My cleaning & maintenance crew (Gladys, Holly, Bob & myself) are dedicated to making your stay memorable & carefree. We understand how important a CLEAN & well maintained home is & we deliver!

You'll love the spacious floor plan of this house and the backyard and pool. It's a great set-up for two couples with two split master bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a closet that's 10' X 7' which can be used as a 3rd bedroom for kids (twin air mattress provided). The pool has fiber optic lighting creating a romantic ambiance under the evening stars! We supply everything for you - just bring your suitcase & toothbrush!
