Spacious & sparkling clean home w/ two master suites. Our beautiful pool can be heated in cooler months. Tastefully furnished down to the last detail with split floor plan for added privacy (great for two couples). Full access to two car garage, large living room with 65" Smart HDTV w/ NetFlix, Apple TV, Paramount & Prime Video! Flat screen TV's in each bedroom. All linens included & full size kitchen supplied with all your culinary needs. Large covered shaded patio w/ propane BBQ and table to enjoy outdoor dining by the pool. Thick padded lounge chairs to relax by the pool. Alexa MUSIC pods both indoors & by the pool to enjoy your favorite tunes. For family fun we provide PING PONG table, cornhole, board games, cards w/ poker chips and more...

You'll find a CLEAN pool upon your arrival. Just ask and it can be heated (guests pay for heating costs) At night, turn off all lights and enjoy a night of star gazing (which is phenomenal on moonless nights!) We provide THICK comfy cushions on all our outdoor lounging chairs and there is plenty of shade on HOT summer days and also plenty of pool decking for those who enjoy taking in the sun. Very quiet neighborhood, NO traffic noise.

Only 7 min drive to the London Bridge & located just 5 min from popular Windsor Beach & launch ramp. Plenty of room to park your boat and/or wave-runners. Plus gated/secure boat parking (upon request). Located on cul-de-sac quiet street.

*Pool has a SOLAR cover (with easy roll ON/OFF reel) which cuts heating cost in half! Using the solar cover will heat the pool 10-12 degrees, so the heater is not required most months of the year. Our pool is heated with NATURAL GAS (which costs MUCH less than propane gas). Only 20% of homes in Havasu offer natural gas - this saves you $$$ Renters are responsible for pool heating costs. Average daily cost to heat pool in Winter is $10-12/day. Early Spring & late Fall $5-7/day. Summer $0. You can heat the pool part of your stay or entire stay.

NOTE: $129 cleaning fee included in quote is for up to 4 guests for up to one week stay. * Cleaning fee is higher for longer stays and for monthly stays (and if more than 4 people using the property including visitors).

MONTHLY rate is $75/more per person when more than 2 guests are staying January thru March. So 4 guests (instead of 2) will cost $150 more than quoted amount on VRBO's quote.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use property & pool. Additional people need to be APPROVED & there may be an additional fee (please let us know if you plan on having more people at the house when you inquire).

Great Place!

My family and I had a great time during our stay. Cyndi was attentive and the place was perfect for our family of 4! The beds were comfortable, the house was well cleaned, and my kids had so much fun playing in the pool with all of the available pool floats. I especially loved the covered patio with comfortable lounge chairs. The house was in a nice spot where you can easily drive to local stores on your way to the launch ramp. We will definitely rent again!

One week getaway

We had an awesome stay. The place is everything that is pictured. Very quiet neighborhood. Then place beautiful. The swimming pool was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable Stay

Enjoyed the property, was located in quiet neighborhood and had no complaints. Was nice to sit in the back yard and enjoy the sun. Was a little to chilly for using the pool but didn’t matter. Would definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend.

Very homey

Location is great. This house was very comfortable to stay in. The basic amenities are there and the pool was perfect. Our girls hardly ever got out of the pool. I would definitely recommend.

Fun weekend

Booked the property based on our needs and solid reviews. Cyndi contacted me by phone to answer any questions we might have and to provide additional details. Check in was easy and once inside we did a walkthrough. It was obvious that the property is well stocked and everything was clean including the backyard and pool. The neighborhoods is quiet and in a good location. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

A Perfect Havasu Getaway!

This property was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It’s very clean, comfortable, stocked with tons of supplies and fun stuff for the pool and lake, which made it feel just like home! Cyndi is wonderfully helpful every step of the way, offering suggestions and tips for our stay. It’s very close to all the main places you’ll want to visit while in Lake Havasu City, close to the beaches, and within walking distance to a corner store and Niko’s restaurant. We will definitely be renting through Cyndi again!

Perfect Getaway

We chose this house to relax for a few days on our Route 66 trip from Chicago to Los Angeles. It turned out to be perfect in every aspect. The house was extraordinary clean and very well maintained. The pool was amazing and we had a barbecue almost every night. The house had a good location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. If we ever come back we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Amazing Property.

This was the best rental we have ever rented! The pictures truly do not do it justice. It’s CLEAN and you feel at home the moment you walk in. Cyndi has seen to every detail. Great week in Havasu

We just finished with a fantastic week at Cindi‘s house in Lake Havasu. We were only going to stay five days, however, two extra days came up and we were more than happy to take them. The place was perfect. We didn’t need to bring anything. The pool was more refreshing than the lake and we actually ended up spending more time at the pool than we did did in the lake. We had a fantastic time and Cyndi was a pleasure you’re to work with. We will definitely be back in the future and will be look forward to staying here whenever we return. Thanks again Cindi. It was great!

Beautiful Havasu Home

The house was wonderful and very clean.The kitchen had everything for cooking in.Beds were really comfortable with plenty of blankets.Backyard space was private and spacious with plenty of room to soak up some warm sunshine.Loved the ping pong table and big screen tv.We will definitely stay again when we get back to Havasu.

Clean well kept house in the middle of Havasu short drive from restaurants ranging from flashy entertainment of Shogun to the excellent family food of Bad Miguel. Took advantage of heated pool during sunny warm days in January, great break from negative temps back home. Host very attentive and quick with communications.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

House was immaculate in every way. Everything worked as it should. Beds & furniture were in perfect condition. Air conditioning was perfect for our 110° stay. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Property is located less than 10 minutes from just about everything. Though we didn’t use it, the pool was crystal clean. Backyard was huge, gated and great for our dog.

Great couples property

It was great to stay here. Nice 2 bedroom separated by living area we all felt we had the room and privacy we needed The pool was great after a few long days out. And the nice table under the patio was great to hang out with a cocktail As we are researching properties in the area for purchase we will be back soon and will of course stay here !
