LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Tropic Isles is a gulf front, low density (only 40 total units), family-oriented complex located on the beach at the heart of Gulf Shores. We are located approximately .3 miles west of Hwy 59 "T" and the public beach area which means you will be within walking distance of Bahama Bob's, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, restaurants, and souvenir shops. If you don't mind jumping in the car, you are minutes away from Gulf State Pier, Orange Beach, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Fort Morgan, ferry to Dauphin Island, dolphin tours or a short drive north on Hwy 59 to the Outlet Mall for shopping.

Tropic Isles #402 is a one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit with crew bunks in the hallway and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a pocket door which provides privacy to the bunks and bedroom from the kitchen and living area should you desire. Two Flat Screen TVs, free Wi-Fi. Fully furnished kitchen with updates to counter tops and appliances planned for Spring 2017. Washer/Dryer. This unit is perfect for a small family or a couple needing a quiet get away. All balconies overlook the seasonally heated pool and enjoy a direct view of the Gulf.

The Tropic Isles complex is well maintained and offers great amenities for its guests such as beach side pool (for the kids who can't decide which is more fun), outdoor shower, charcoal grilling area, bathrooms near the pool area, supper easy access to the beach (short distance from elevator and pool) all without the crowded feeling you often have with the larger high rise accommodations. On-site parking (limited handicapped parking) with ample carts for transporting belongings to the elevator.

Gulf Shores was close to our home in Madison, MS. Its an easy drive from about anywhere in the south. The beaches are fantastic and the home is reasonably priced and we pass the savings on to you!! Its great for a week at the beach and close enough for a weekend getaway.

We had a fabulous time in Gulf Shores. Beautiful beaches and lots for the kids to do. We enjoyed Tropic Isle's. It was nice and clean. Spacious rooms with everything we needed for a great holiday week. Highly recomended.

This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Fully stocked kitchen, bath, etc. Would definitely recommend this condo. The location is great also.

Great view, close to everything!

The condo is in a great location, very close to everything you need. Within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and groceries. We had plenty of towels, and storage to keep it tidy while we were there. We literally made it our home for the past week. Great blender!! The ice machine does not make much ice though. The room stays cool as long as you keep the curtains shut over the sliding room doors. Washer and dryer worked well! The beach is beautiful! Parking was good- just remember to place the pass on your dash. Owner was super nice, and helpful! Will stay again!!

Great property with plenty of room for a family of 5

The property was clean and well kept. We stayed in 402, it was beach facing with a nice patio on the 4th floor. Kitchen was made over with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The condo slept 2 adults and three kids under the age of 5 comfortably. All in all a very nice stay although the weather didn't work out. We plan on a do over next year and may stay in the same condo. Main downfall for this condo is the single elevator for the entire building of condos, which could probably use some maintenance :) as it's a little clanky sounding. Nothing wrong with the condo itself though. Thanks for the great stay!

21st Anniversary Vacation

Enjoyed our stay...but dissappointed in the new parking pass policy

I have stayed at this property for 5 years the first week of May to attend the AHSAA State Track meet. My husband and I usually have to drive separate because we carry some of the athletes down who are participating. Every year we are issued 2 parking passes. This year however, we were only issued one and told the second one would not be available (even though the pass itself states Maximum of 2 passes). Thankfully, the additional vehicle wasn't towed, but I'll keep this in mind for future trips.
