A modern craftsman-style home nestled under a beautiful canopy of large oaks welcomes you and your family. The front entrance offers a drive-through driveway that makes entry and exit with larger vehicles a breeze. And if you’re a larger party, ample parking is provided.



Enjoy coastal living in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Sip your morning coffee on a front veranda, seated in a comfortable rocking chair. Be prepared for many “good morning” greetings from neighbors out for their morning stroll.



Find your inner gourmet chef in the completely custom kitchen that’s stocked with all the kitchen equipment you’ll need to cook your favorite meal. Or if you’re a grill master, head out back and fire up outdoor charcoal grill. Serve guests in the comfortable dining room that seats six or gather yourselves around the kitchen island that seats three.



During your afternoons, relax in a back-deck rocking chair with your favorite drink, enjoying the sunset under the shade of large Southern Oaks. The professionally-landscaped, fenced and private backyard comes complete with plenty of outdoor yard games and room for your pet to run.



Top the evening off seated by the outdoor fire pit, popping corn or making delicious smores with the kids. Or on chillier nights, cuddle up with a good book in front of the gas fireplace on the screened back porch. But don’t miss a chance to slip into the hot tub and outdoor shower through the direct access from the master bathroom. The master bedroom also directly opens onto the back deck for easy access.



You’ll find this cottage private, and very relaxing. But only a short five-minute drive or ten-minute walk whisks you away to multiple beaches, parks and our local social hub. Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village is a popular destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Stroll through the Village and find that it offers the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its oceanside pool and facilities, a bustling children’s playground, a miniature golf course, and an oak-shaded picnic area. Stop and watch the locals or try your hand at public fishing on the pier. And if you’re looking for some thrilling exercise activities, just a block away you can enjoy tennis, basketball or even a pick-up game of pickleball with a great group of people who love to invite out-of-town guests to come and play. The home was beautiful and laid out conveniently for our group. The host was responsive to our questions and so hospitable. We could walk downtown for dinner and everything else we needed was a short (5 minute) drive. A wonderful home and a wonderful stay!

We especially loved the backyard and the birds! The house is laid out perfectly for two couples. Definitely will be back. Resa is very responsive when we had questions.

Perfect SSI stay!

Highly recommend! Beautiful property with a large yard. We enjoyed the porch and sitting outside in the beautiful back yard. The host was wonderful and responsive. The spacious kitchen has everything you could need. We didn't want to leave!

Perfect Vacation!

Our stay was excellent at this property from beginning to end! The home is beautiful with a great backyard. It was very clean and comfortable in a great location. When we were not out touring the island, we had plenty to do at this property with all of it’s areas to relax, watch the birds, have a fire, go in the hot tub, or play one of the many available board games. We will definitely be back to visit again. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Nice home and beautiful backyard

Pleasantly surprised how nice this place was. Yards are well maintained. The inside had plenty of room to spread out inside or outside on the deck. Beds were very comfortable. They home had everything well labeled. Look forward to staying there again.

We had the best time at this property. The backyard is heaven, the layout is perfect for a family, and it felt like we were staying in a friend’s carefully curated home instead of a rental. We brought our dog and she told me she gives it five paws. So many dog-friendly touches made Willow feel right at home, too.

Perfect Peaceful Place

We enjoyed this more than any other vacation home. It was very peaceful. From the gas fireplace in the screened-in porch to the backyard with multiple sitting areas, a fire pit and hot tub to the rocking chairs on the front porch, the outside space was wonderful. Inside the home was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and a kitchen that had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again in 2023 and beyond.

Wonderful home and location

My husband and I spent two weeks at this charming rental. The location was just perfect! It was an easy walk to the pier village with all of the shops and restaurants and a quick drive to other local attractions. The backyard was beautiful with landscaped grounds, hot tub and plenty of seating. We also enjoyed time spent on the front porch with a porch swing and rockers. The house itself was tastefully decorated and was very comfortable. The owner provided detailed information about the house as well as local restaurants and activities. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it.

Walking distance not accurate

The house is definitely not walking distance to village or beach. We had a golfcart which made our stay alot easier. The house is comfortable and clean.

Cozy escape

Our group was two grandparents, my husband and me, our two kids (6,9), and our pup. We come to the island at least once a year. This stay was for two weeks. The house was great with plenty of space for us to spread out. We worked/did school some of our days there. The back yard was perfect for our kids and pup to run and play. We loved watching planes take off and land and the beauty of the live oaks is unparalleled. We enjoyed walks to the village almost daily; this was probably our 6yo favorite part. We had a few minor challenges during our stay but the owner was kind quick to address them and ensure we had all we needed, even sending house keeping back out to ensure we had any/all supplies we needed—and while traveling herself. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home

This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. It’s beautifully landscaped with lighting, lovely seating on the front porch, screen porch and back yard. Everything was as pictured and described. The owner is very generous with cooking utensils, dishes and glasses, spices, etc. We enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen. The beds and baths were comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is very walkable. It would be a 5 star on location, except for the runway noise with planes and small jets taking off and landing. If you’re active and out and about during the day and evenings, it is less of an issue. We are more “home bodies” and wanted to spend a lot of time just relaxing at the house and enjoying the yard and birds and hot tub, so it was a bit disruptive for us. We also hit SSI during spring break and Easter, which I think contributed to some of the air traffic. During the week after Easter, there was less traffic.

I chose to return to St. Simons for this is where I was born and raised. And I enjoy this relaxing island with it's many different venues for entertainment and activities. But most of all the people. Whether it be a stranger or a friend, you are always greeted with a smile.

This home is only 8 years old with modern appliances. It is less than a 5 minute drive to grocery store, restaurants, stores, spas, shopping, village area, fishing pier and village. Wonderful friendly neighbors.
