Our family purchased this home in July 2021. We have twin 7-year-old girls who love the beach and everything Ocean View offers. You will not have to deal with the crowds in Ocean View. You are 1 mile from James Ecological Preserve, where you and your family can go kayaking, clamming, swimming, and more in the Bay. The ocean is located about 2 miles.
