If you want to enjoy lake living at its finest, this home helps you do just that! Inside, enjoy a home that is beautifully and soundly built with tons of amazing features. The Wifi is strong throughout the house, with extenders to help spread the signal to all corners, and there is even a large dedicated desk just off the dining area. The lower level game room is the perfect spot to enjoy family movie night or catch a football game, with a large Smart TV and sectional, as well as a wet bar, pool table, and gas fireplace, making it the perfect setting to come together for fun. Location Highlights: This home is within walking distance of the beautiful Deep Creek Lake State Park, curtesy of a walking path to the state park at the start of the neighborhood. The state park has a sandy swimming beach, lots of grills and tables for lakeside picnics, fishing spots, walking trails, and more! Within a five minute drive, you will also find area restraints like Dutch's at Silver Tree, Ace's Run, Uno's Bar and Grill, as well as the Honi Honi bar, The Harbor Bar, and the Lakeside Creamery and more!

**Boating Advisory: Two important things to note 1) Due to variable water levels and a low bridge into the cove entrance, some boating restrictions apply. Most pontoons or speed boats with towers cannot be docked at the home (especially hard-top pontoons). You may not be able to get the pontoon under the bridge to access the cove and the home's dock. Luxury Tritoon boats that can go under this bridge and be used at this home are available for rent through Red Barn Vacation's exclusive partnership with Marine Plus. Ask us for more information on these rental boats. 2) The owners keep their boat docked in the center slip.That boat is not available for renter use. Renters may dock boats on either side of the dock, without a problem. **

* Winter Advisory: Deep Creek is a mountainous region that experiences more snowfall and ice than you may be used to. In general, many roads and driveways can be steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are advised in the winter months. This home has a short but steep driveway and 4WD/AWD is a requirement in the winter months.*
