As part of our rental and included in our welcome note we provide 2 new toilet paper rolls in addition to what is currently on the holder for every bathroom and we provide 2 new paper towel rolls in addition to what is already on the holder. Anything beyond that is the responsibility of the renter.

Carli, we are very glad you enjoyed your stay, the game room in the basement, and we thank you for the feedback so we can always improve on any perceived issues. It turns out after investigating your review that the AC condensate pipe was clogged causing humidity to rise in the basement (Thanks for the help on discovering this). We also have a dehumidifier in the basement bedroom to help. We have also serviced our water filtration system based on your review and replaced the anode which solves the well water issue (thanks again for this note). As for outside bugs and the deck lights, not much we can do there. We always strive to keep our house in top condition and hope to host you again in the future.

Ron, so glad you enjoyed your stay. We decided to go with a no linens policy based on our previous travel experience for non-fly in locations, and to pass the savings on to our renters by not having to hire an expensive linen service. I agree its not the simplest set up but feel its a good trade off. Appreciate your kind words.
