With so much to see and do you'll be glad you have a comfortable and well equipped hacienda to unwind and recharge your batteries.
The space
Enjoy these beautiful, cozy, relaxing, spaces. A master bedroom, an office, and a living room, all found on the same floor. Three separate spaces for when your family or friends want to play board games (in the closet, watch different TV programs, or simply relax or work in the back office.

In the bedroom, you'll wish you had this mattress at home. It features a custom-crafted king bed with a plush-firm mattress to rest your soul. Make it a romantic, fun, or relaxing moment with the headboard LED lights (remote found in nightstand drawer). In the living room you'll find a comfortable queen-size pull-out sofa. And if you need additional sleeping areas, you can find a rollaway bed (in the bedroom closet), or convert the chair in the office to a sleeper. So many options for your pleasure.

Do you need a quiet place to relax with a cup of coffee, or a place to catch up on some work? The back office with wifi will fit the bill.

Make yourself at home with a fully-equiped kitchen to cook then dine with everything you need.

Headed to the beach? We have a couple beach chairs, umbrella, some beach towels, etc, to help you make even more vacation memories.

Don't worry about packing a crib/playpen or high chair. Both are available upon request. Please let us know prior to arrival.

The brand new split a/c units are so powerful, the house can feel as cold as a refrigerator, in a matter of minutes.

On the rare occasion that the Florida weather is "cold" for a day (probably more like hours) you can find the electric heater in the hallway closet. Please make sure to unplug it when you leave the house.

The whole house is exclusively available for our Coconut Vida guests. Via our 'Schlage smartlock,' you'll easily enter using the last four digits of your phone number, and enjoy the space, that has been decorated, cleaned, and stocked, just for you.

And many free movies on Roku TV in the bedroom.

There is a multi-plug cellphone charger for Coconut Vida guests to borrow if you forget yours.

Food, snacks, coffee, tea and drinks are complimentary. Feel free to access the cooking oils and seasonings for your needs in the fully equipped kitchen.
