Market Square Condos are the most exclusive condos in Beaver Creek's charming European village, which features a year-round ice skating rink, exquisite shops, fine dining, casual restaurants, and kid-friendly activities.

This luxurious condominium is located just two floors above the Vilar Performing Arts Center with programming for all ages from all over the world stage.

Totally convenient and accessible by all, this luxury condo rental features 100% ski-in/ski-out access that is easy enough for beginners. Otherwise, the ski school and slopes are only an escalator ride away.

The unit features gas-burning fireplaces, wood floors, jacuzzi tub in master bath, and furnishings that are at once welcoming and luxurious. Enjoy village and mountain views from your heated-floor balcony (*during snow events), while sipping your morning coffee or tea and your afternoon après. We even supply coffee! With a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in-unit, fine linens, plush towels, comfy bathrobes, disposable slippers, and first-class toiletries, all the comforts of home await you.

This lovely condominium is completely updated with flat screen televisions and easily accessible USB chargers in each of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely fireplace and king-size bed with luxurious sheets. All bedroom windows have Hunter-Douglas blackout shades. Our condo sleeps eight people very comfortably, with the potential to add a twin-size air mattress in the 4th bedroom alcove.

Daily housekeeping consisting of towel change and light cleaning, and a mid-stay cleaning consisting of bedding change and more thorough housekeeping is included with most stays.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect above the ice skating rink. Penthouse is wonderful with 4 en suite bedrooms. Super clean and cozy. Lots of room for 3 adults and 4 teenagers to “chill” comfortably! Robin was so helpful prior to our arrival and was quick to assist during our stay! We all enjoyed it so very much. We’re considering coming back for spring break or at least enjoying Beavercreek once again during the summertime.

We had a wonderful stay in Beavercreek over the new year. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, which made everything easy from start to finish. Being able to look out over the ice rink, watch the fireworks, and walk right to skiing was absolutely ideal—we truly couldn’t have asked for a better location. The penthouse was nicely stocked and thoughtfully prepared, with great guest information and ski storage conveniently located right outside. There was plenty of space for two families to stay comfortably while still having privacy, and lots of seating for relaxing together. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. It's right in the center of the village with an elevator right down to the center of the village. Ski-in/Ski-out access via the village ski trail or easy walk through the village up the escalators to Centennial lift. Very large and spacious condo with well appointed kitchen. Highly recommended.

Beaver Creek Spring Break

We have stayed in Beaver Creek many times, but this property far exceeded our expectations. Robin was very responsive to questions I had long before arrival and quickly responded to a question while we were there. The place was immaculate and the cleaning crew were efficient and did a thorough job. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, lovely linens, and a great living room area for a large group. On top of all that, the location was excellent and made it so easy to get to the slopes, shopping, and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to my friends. Fantastic in every regard. The condo is spacious and beautiful! The kitchen was delightful with high quality appliances, cookware, cutlery, glassware,and dishes. All top notch. We appreciate the humidifiers in each room, cozy blankets, quality and plentiful linens. Spotless clean! Plus daily housekeeping. The LOCATION is the best, right in BC village so easy to walk kiddos to ski school, walk to restaurants and the market. Grocery delivery worked very well too. The hosts and the condo are outstanding! Seriously one of our favorite VRBO experiences. Look forward to a return visit!
