Clean place, great and easy check in process/ access, and overall great experience. I did think it was kind of weird the guests take out the trash, but no complaints!

Awesome place!

My wife and I stayed three nights and had such an amazing and comfortable stay. Our first trip away in 3 years and it was everything we needed and more. Host was super responsive and kind. I will absolutely be staying with them in the future.

It was perfect for us. We rented a car and traveled all over Vegas. Great location for doing this. Unit was comfortable and well appointed. A little cool for the pool but nice to sit in back yard and have coffee etc. Would recommend and stay again.

Serene getaway 10 minutes from the Las Vegas strip

This place is serene! Incredibly peaceful, private and so welcoming. The studio was super cute and clean! Had everything that is listed and is super cozy! Selected this place for a quiet getaway- the space was very peaceful and serene. Just what we were looking for. Would definitely book this space again ! Ronnie (the host) was accommodating and very professional. I would highly recommend any of his properties.

My wife and I LOVED the property. There were a couple of minor issues. 1. The toilet constantly ra 2. The lights in the walk-in closet didn't work properly ( fluorescent lights ) were very dim. 3. The patio chairs were falling apart fat the seats. Otherwise, our stay was relaxing and delightful. I have recommended this rental to friends and family. Thank you for a very positive experience. Well done!

Great spot if you don’t mind little things

It’s super cute and clean. The carpets and flooring need help as they have seen better days. The bed is super soft and you roll into the middle and have to climb out. I don’t think the AC is large enough for the space and you can’t run the ceiling fan without the light being on. At least I couldn’t figure out how to turn only the light off. It wasn’t too hot for my stay and I can over look those things. The host communicated well and the place is very cute. The home is in an area that’s nice, quiet and dark. I would choose to stay there again if I knew the bed was replaced.

Place Needs Updating

Refrige dud not get cold, freezer was all frosted up. Carpets need replacing, curled up edges were tripping hazards. Bed had no support at all, it was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Coffee maker did not work. Heater did not operate well. Then they moved us to another room, that heater did not work unless turned up to 80 then it was noisy. No toaster in the second room. Then they had maintenence people working on the first room while we were in the second room. Circular saws and lot of hammering and such. Glad to see they were addressing the problems but took away from our relaxation.

Decent communication with host. Easy to find with Maps. Easy access to apt. Looked just like the pictures - but a little more lived in - floor planks coming apart, rugs curled at the corners, baseboards stained. Bed sunk in the middle and squeaky=not peaceful sleep. Perm open window in the shower=cold bathroom. Maybe to air out quicker? Mismatched silver/serveware. BUUUT...overall, the pros out way the cons. Safe neighborhood in a central area to most of LV. Clean and comfortable unit. Enjoyed the electric fireplace heater. Heard TV noise one night. But, didn't affect sleep. Perfect sized fridge. Well appointed. Liked the extra touches - snacks and water offered; hygiene supplies provided in the bathroom; disposable plastic gloves for washing dishes. They did supply a hair dryer (not stated on the listing.) If the bed was replaced, I would stay here again.
