Great host, with great communication! The Speakeasy is charming, nostalgic, and modern at the same time. This was a family Christmas gathering for us, with a few friends dropping in for quick visits. We could not have had a better setting or location to enjoy the Holiday! We will definitely be back again for other occasions in our old home town!
If we could give this place a 10 Star we would. From the planning processes till the time we left this place we truly enjoyed ourselves. There were 8 of us staying and it was just perfect. The Host was just fantastic to work with and she answered every question in a very timely manner. The place was just amazing. We loved the set up and the bedrooms were great size and beds were so comfortable. The best was the Speakeasy in the basement. That is were we spent most of our time. So comfortable and well decorated. It is in the perfect location for visiting Over the Rhine and also great for a Bengals game. We highly recommend this place and will for sure be staying there again. Only negative would be the hills for parking, but everything else was just perfect. Again, we would highly recommend this place.
Very clean and lots of room! Great location and wasn’t hard to get to zoo from here. All communication with the property manager was very clear and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
My family and I absolutely LOVED this house. It was clean and well decorated. The location was great as well as the neighborhood. Kortni was a fantastic host and messaged quickly and answered all of my questions. We would love to stay here again!
Ten out of ten, amazing property, location and hosts
We were in town for a few Reds games. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk or ride share to wherever we wanted to go. The house was amazing to stay in, plenty of room for four adults. Communication with the host was great, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this property.
We sadly only got to stay for 1 night, but this place is amazing. Clean and beautiful!! Would recommend and will definitely stay again when back in Cincinnati. p
Kortni curated an amazing house with old world charming details, the new amenities a family needs to create a memorable stay, and pairs it with top-notch customer service. She truly cared about our experience. The neighborhood is great, closely located to the buzz of Cincinnati, walkable for several in our group for the daily events that brought us to Cincy. I highly recommend this property and will look to stay again when we are back in Cincy.
4 and a half stars is what I’d like to put!! Over all this place is amazing. Very nice location and a beautiful house. Decorated very well with everything you would need for your stay. The beds was all cozy and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pots, pans etc. The basement is where we spent most our time. A bar and mini fridge!! Prohibition era decor made it the perfect hangout place for me and friends to set and drink a few beers. The only two bad things about the house is the parking and the upstairs loft bedroom was very hot. That’s where I slept and was about to go down to basement and sleep as I woke up several times sweating. Maybe an extra window air conditioner in that area or even a fan would make it a little better. The parking is all in street parking and there was no spots that night. We had to park on the street a block away and walk back to the house. Not a big deal for us but for some it may be an issue. The check in process was very easy and the communication with the owner was top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely stay again if in the area.
I am originally from the Northern Kentucky region and still have family that I visit in the area, but been living in Brooklyn, NY for 11 years. I brought a group of 8 to introduce them to the city.
This property is, hands down, one of the best properties our group has stayed at as we travel to different cities together. Kortni was wonderful and highly accessible for all questions and help throughout our stay. Kortni accommodated us two hours early, as the rental was ready and we were in contact, so that we were able to drop our things after pick-up from the airport and begin getting comfortable before the evening.
The property is better than the pics. The Speakeasy is unique and stunning. Our group hired a chef to make brunch one morning through a new app in the area (Cooking Genie, highly recommended) and Kortni was in contact with our chef to assist in making sure that all items needed on their end were handled without my involvement. The kitchen is beautiful and can definitely allow for a group that loves to cook or similar experience.
Having access to an actual four bedrooms was perfect as many listings try and state that they have space for more people, but pile smaller beds into tight spaces. Each bedroom is spacious, cozy, and the beds were so comfortable. This property is a prime location and highly recommended as we barely needed to drive to get to bars and restaurants in OTR. Thank you for helping give my friends a lovely Cincy experience. Hope to be back soon!

Why they chose this property
There are so many things we fell in love with in this area -- the hill allows spectacular views of this city we love, it's walking distance to all our favorite spots in OTR, and yet the quiet neighborhood feels very suburban with such friendly and kind neighbors. We love staying here!
What makes this property unique
The Speakeasy is such a fun addition to this home-- it's the perfect place to play some cards at the bar before going out at night, to relax and watch a game while ordering in, or just to converse with friends at the end of a fun evening.
