This 4 Bedroom, 3 Full and 1 Half Bathroom Townhouse has all the amenities and comforts of home for the perfect family ski getaway and three spacious stories to spread out and enjoy your vacation comfortably. Spacious and updated technology with smart TVs and locks. 2 kitchens for all your treats upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of beds, linens and cozy spaces for friends, family, and guests. Adventure Awaits in the White Mountains or North Country NH! Make Exit 32 your Home away from Home and create lasting memories. *We want you to have fun and get outside! Should you need a ride- there is a local company Shuttle Connection that will get you anywhere in town for $5 and a blue Loon Shuttle that circles the property. Hop on the bus, walk, bike or drive around on the local walk/bike path right outside your door! You can also cross country ski this shared path. *Clubhouse benefits will be available in the Spring and Summer but Lady's Bathtub is now a public location that can be enjoyed year round! Personal favorite hiking trails include Lincoln Woods & Mount Pemi, with favorite ski trails at Loon being include Upper Boss Woods, Cruiser & Ripsaw!*

Wonderful Trip

This was the perfect place to stay with my family of 5 and a friend's family of 4! We had plenty of space, the kids had the run of downstairs with foosball and a hang out space. Lady's bathtub was beautiful and a quick walk away. The pool area was also enjoyed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was always quick. We even left behind an iPod that was quickly located and mailed back to us. We would defiantly stay again!

Perfect location

Nice condo, plenty of space for my family of 7 adults. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glass ware and cutlery (cookware could use an update!). There is no air conditioning in this unit and the owner provided a number of fans which were greatly appreciated! The location is perfect for all that Lincoln and the surrounding areas have to offer. Great communication with the owner and easy check in/out process. We had a great week.

Good home for our vacation

Clean and roomy with plenty of parking. Perfect location for our summer hiking and bicycling vacation. It's close to food, trail heads and attractions and I thought the price was very reasonable. Owner was very quick to respond with answers to questions before and after booking. I would definitely stay here again.
