- A $100 pet fee per pet will be charged
- No dogs on furniture & you must pick up after them
- If any excessive damage or cleaning is required due to the pets, you will be charged accordingly

Guest Access:
We've implemented a keyless entry system for your convenience. Your unique front door access code will become active during your designated check-in and check-out periods. Please note that if you arrive before your scheduled check-in time, your access code may not be active until the designated time. Similarly, upon check-out, your access code will automatically deactivate promptly after your designated check-out time.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in a very quiet, flat neighborhood. Tucked far off the main street you'll feel right at home in this walkable, family friendly neighborhood.
Getting Around:
As you pull into the driveway, you'll see 2 spots marked "375" which are dedicated to your parking needs.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: the laundry room is in not in the unit, it is in the building and has a separate entrance with a unique code you will be given. There are 2 sets of large Maytag/whirlpool washers & dryers.
