Great place to stay

We went down to visit family and had a wonderful time. The townhouse was very clean and had everything that we needed. Samir and Samar are very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Convenient location to everything.

We had an extended stay for several baseball tournaments at LakePoint Sports facility. This property was very convenient to everything we needed. My only complaint were many of the the immediate condos nearby were in need of TLC and the driveway is very steep. None were in the control of the owner. Thank you for the hospitality!

Simply put, this is an opportunity you just can't miss out on! There are great amenities including a fireplace, updated kitchen, washer & dryer, at home office, spacious and private backyard, & so much more. In addition, you will find games to play for all ages and plenty of platforms to choose a movie from on our TV.

This townhome is only 5 minutes away from Downtown Kennesaw, less than 10 minutes away from Kennesaw State University, surrounded by many places to eat and many things to do, and just about 35 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Location wise, it is exactly in the spot where you would want it to be when visiting!

We welcome repeated guests anytime! You are able to book both short term and long term rentals based on availability. I also own a Real Estate Brokerage located in Kennesaw. If you are looking into buying, selling and/or investing, please feel free to pick my brain at any moment for more information & helpful tips. I also own a storage facility in Canton, GA about 20 minutes from this townhome. For anyone in the process of moving and need a location to park cars, trailers, trucks or even rent a unit, I'd be happy to assist you.
