The charm of this house is so inviting and nostalgic. Bill was very responsive (we were wanting to have a fire in the firepit out back and was wondering the closest place to get firewood) Would book again the next time we are in town!!

We had a great stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the house is adorable. The porch is a great place to sit and watch the birds in the backyard. It was a wonderful place for us and our dog. Highly recommend!

Lovely house, very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood near a lot of things in Marietta. I especially loved having the fenced in back yard and screened in porch for the dog. (Don't hang out back there if you're allergic to bees.) Only downside might be the stadium/school across the street IF there is an event happening, but it was great for our weekend. Great communication, no issues at all.

We had a fantastic stay, and the owner was super nice and always in touch. We loved the Friday night football game and all the Halloween fun. It's a 10 out of 10, and we’ll definitely be back next time we're in Marietta!

Cozy property walkable to restaurants and plenty to do. The neighborhood is quiet, which was perfect for us. The house was very clean and everything looked as pictured. Host was great!

Our host, Bill, was great to work with. The home was clean, updated, and perfect for our family of 4. We appreciate all the extras in the kitchen to allow us to eat there instead of eating out. The location wasn’t far from the interstate and the grocery store was right up the road.

Great house! Very centrally located to the city of Marietta. It's a little tricky getting in and out of the driveway when driving a pick up truck but we managed. The house is comfortable, the yard was great for our dog, all fenced in. The kitchen was modern and well stocked.The owner was easy to reach and checked to make sure all was good.I'd stay there again.
