Outstanding stay. Charming, wonderfully appointed house very convenient to major highways and interstates and is close to plenty of things to do. Host was very thorough and an excellent communicator before and throughout the stay. Parking can be kind of tricky if you have more than one car on site (it's a very short, narrow driveway), but otherwise, no complaints.

GREAT LOCATION in a historical part of Atlanta

Loved the area full of mature trees and easy access to midtown, lots of family friendly and adult friendly entertainment nearby. Home was owned by an artist and it shows! Loved getting some local flavor in Atlanta and greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great Neighborhood!

The house has a lot of character. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen, dining room and living room were great areas to hang out in. Christopher was a great communicator.

This is the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. They’ve thought of everything. There’s an amazing patio with lights and a fire pit. The neighborhood is great. And Chris is a great host. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house location was great and the rooms were clean. My problem was the bathtub faucet needs to be glued on and tile needs to be replaced. Also the patio needs landscaping.

Thanks for letting us know about the faucet, we offered to repair it during your stay but you asked us to wait so we repaired it after you departed. Our courtyard landscaping is our preference since it fits the urban farm feel we like. We hope you will come back for a future stay!

Midtown Retreat

Great location - quiet neighborhood, safe, close to park, shops, restaurants etc. Big house that easily accommodated 4 couples. Loved the courtyard/terrace -that's where we spent the majority of our time- it was like a secret garden! Bathrooms were pretty tired, but clean and functional. Nice well equipped kitchen. We had some miscommunication about the door code when we checked in, but figured it out quickly. Would definitely stay here again - great value for the location and space.
