Stay in the heart of the romantic zone at the stunning brand-new Avida Residences! Our home features bright airy corner unit views with stunning vistas to the coastal mountains of the Romantic Zone. Steps away are the amazing sights and sounds, restaurants and shopping of Puerto Vallarta. With windows down two sides of the apartment, white marble floors and high ceilings this astounding space will be a welcomed retreat as you return from a day of beaches, exploration and nightlife.
*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.

** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **

Important : From June 1st to 15th, 2026, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi will be closed for maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, there may be some noise and workers in the area carrying out the improvements.
