Villa 132 - Drift On Down

“Oh My, Look at the view!”
This beautifully decorated Villa is new In the rental program and has had the hand of love and practicality given to it. Complete with a “wet landing area” inside the back sliding ground floor door. There is a mirrored large storage unit for your groceries, beach gear, and games (which are included). Settle down with a great book, also provided, and swivel around to view the beach, Smart TV or interact with the cooks in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen dining area has countertop swivel leather chairs and stainless top dining table.
The other first comment is the amazing artwork in every room which salutes local and regional artists. This is not your ordinary condo!
Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, TV and generous closet, all overlooking magnificent oaks.
The shared bathroom has all updated fixtures and walk- in glass door shower.
The Queen bedroom is like sleeping on the beach with the morning sun and evening moon view. A second Smart TV has been installed for late night movies in the white leather bed. Waking up is a pleasure here, there is a sink and tea and coffee service area in this beautifully appointed room.

Beautiful view and location

The view was very nice. Villa was very clean, fully equipped and perfect for our anniversary weekend. Short walk to driftwood beach, but closest beach access is closed right now. It’s a short drive to Oceanview park to enjoy the beach. Communication with property management lacks ease and friendliness. We couldn’t check in at 4. They were about an hour behind and then we had an issue with our door use. So the start of our anniversary vaca was a bit frustrating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another awesome Jekyll trip. We are repeaters. But 1st time Villa renters. usually a house. Very pleased about ocean view. Almost impossible to find that. We are familiar with Jekyll and knew beach access would be a problem. But otherwise a great experience.

Villa by the sea

Our stay in the condo was fantastic. The location was great and my young kids ages 3 and 2 loves drift wood beach and how the low tide would leave tide pools for them to play in under and around the trees. We was without power for the first night and until 7pm out second day on the island due to the hurricane that came through the area. I know that was out of everyones control and we made the best of it. It was actually nice to have family time without the kids wanting to watch paw patrol haha. And it was nice to listen to the ocean crash on the beach. We will definitely be back one day in the future

Nice stay with a few minor issues

We love the condo, the proximity to the beach, and amenities available. Nothing fancy but plenty adequate. Being in within view and listening distance of the beach is important to us. The night we got there, the AC went out and the inside temp quickly rose to 80 degrees. Within 2 hours after I called the next morning, maintenance had fixed the freon problem. My wife complained that the floor was dirty shortly after we arrived. The grass out back could be kept up a bit better - lots of small ant hills and weeds.
