This brand new, 3 bedrooms, 3.5-bath cottage was decorated by award-winning hotelier Julie Sanchez Sutton, who drew on her 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry to create a uniquely soothing retreat. The cottage provides luxurious, comfortable accommodations for you and your loved ones, perfect for creating wonderful vacation memories or for providing a relaxing escape.
This stylish two-story cottage features a modern, open floor plan and numerous areas for dining and relaxing, perfect for enjoying time with family and friends.
In the generously equipped Kitchen, you will find the best appliances and utensils such as Kitchen Aid, Ninja, Mr. Coffee, and the amazing Circulon nonstick cookware set crafted from heavy-duty hard-anodized aluminum for fast and delicious cooking results, you will love it! A spacious dining area offers seating for six or if you choose you can dine outdoors on the fully screened porch, which also features a full outdoor dining set, a gas grill, and a fire pit. The living room offers plenty of seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 60-inch HD television.
The property has three full bedrooms with ensuite baths. The spacious master suite is located downstairs and is fully furnished with a King size bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, complete with attached bathrooms and a large shared screened balcony, provide plenty of room for family and guests. The first upstairs bedroom features a Queen size bed, while the second has a Full Size and Trundle bed.
Next to the first-floor half bath is located a convenient laundry room with a full-sized Kenmore washer and dryer.
To make sure that visits to the beach are as fun and convenient as possible, the cottage also comes complete with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach table, beach towels, a cooler, a large wheeled wagon, and everything else you will need. Also, the cottage features two adult bicycles (one male, one female), so you can go and explore the wonderful natural areas that give Jekyll Island its unique charm. Helmets and a tire pump are also provided.
Guests staying at the cottage also have full access to the community clubhouse and pool, beach access and two parking spaces are included.
This cottage features everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation with family and friends. If you have a large group, consider renting our adjacent cottage 67 (Lowlands Retreat), as both units together can accommodate up to fourteen people.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
