Fantastic Location!

Close to the beach, clean, decorated beautifully, and secure building. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the second bedroom mattress to a king size to match the master bedroom! Other than that it was perfect!

The condo was perfect for our visit. Just a block from the beach and section of the boardwalk with lots of food options. So many amenities, including 2 parking spots, elevator, private balcony, bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and boogie boards to use. Very secure with key fob and garage remote only entry into parking garage and elevator.The only downfall…early sunrise and not much in the way of blinds. But early mornings at the beach in a condo like this one aren’t the end of the world!

Home Away from Home!

We stayed last year and again it was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. I love this place and it is a home to us away from home. Kim is attentive and fantatic. Any family would enjoy thr view from the balcony, the space, and being relaxed. We always love the decor and the books to read. Ggreat place.

Awesome beach condo!

Wow is all i can say, what a great condo thats 1 block from the beach! They had everything there we needed and it was super nice and decorated. The free badges and bikes were a huge plus! We loved sitting on the balcony with some good drinks! Hopefully we can come back next year, we had so much fun. Thanks again!

Lovely place, especially the large balcony. We all enjoyed our stay. Just a few issues to mention (and they didn't spoil our stay). The first: The property is listed as having a queen, king and twin bed. There is no twin. It's a rollout cot and was so low to the ground it was a problem for us seniors. Wish we'd known that in advance. The second: the real estate agents left a dongle for us to pick up at entry. The did not leave the two keypad codes we needed to actually get in to the apartment. It took repeated calls and about an hour's time to get into our space. Not the ideal start to a vacation. But neither of those was issues stopped us from having a great time and enjoying the space. Very different from renting a hotel room, but, yes, we all agreed we'd be open to considering Vrbo for future stays.

Beautiful, and clean luxury condo just as described

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and exactly as the pictures and description described it. The location was great for a family it was away from any loud noises but still close enough to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and anything you could want or need. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a very simple check in process and getting the 4 beach badges was a great plus. And everyone we met was very friendly including other guests in the condo. Overall, we had a great time and it was perfect for our family, would definitely stay again!

Home Away From Home

This property has everything a family would want and more. It has all amenities that you would want when staying away from home. The space was identical to what the pictures looked like. I stayed with my husband, my daughter, and niece. It was quiet and we were so relaxed. Everyone that stays there is very nice and it's safe. We had beach tags included with our stay and the awesome part was that they had beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach! It was super clean, we brought our own sheets and the decor I loved! We watched the fireworks on Wednesday on the rooftop which was spectacular! We were to the beach fast just a block. Thank you Kim for your hospitality. This home is just relaxing and so thoughtful in the whole set-up.

Absolutely Fabulous Condo!

This condo is absolutely fabulous-I fell in love with it the moment I walked in. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s not only beautiful and spacious but also perfect for entertaining. We hosted a catered family dinner, and the open floor plan with expansive kitchen counters was ideal. The brand-new appliances and well-stocked kitchen made everything easy. The living room furniture is incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor patio, which wraps around the building, is stunning. The ice chest cooler was great for keeping drinks chilled. The large dining table and the new TV, which easily connects to streaming platforms, added to our comfort. The master bedroom is enormous, with a luxurious bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet that even includes two cots. The second bedroom is also spacious, with convenient access to the second bathroom from both the bedroom and the common area. The condo comes with three key fobs, two indoor parking spaces, and two garage door openers. The elevator from the garage was perfect for my mother, who is an amputee it made access easy and safe. Our host Kim was wonderful and incredibly helpful, especially during the planning stages. She was quick to assist with any questions, making the entire experience seamless. Kim is the best! I was initially hesitant about renting in Seaside, but it’s now much more family-friendly. The quiet Boulevard and beautifully rebuilt boardwalk were a pleasant surprise. It was a wonderful trip and hope to book again!

A nightmare

The condo was beautiful. However, there were no instructions for anything! The tv didn't work half the time. We had someone come over 3 times to fix it. They had problems with it. So, it was never fixed. The washer and dryer didn't work. No instructions for it. A million buttons. We ended up taking wet wash with us. No mop. My husband spilled soda on the floor, so we went to mop it up. No mop! My husband and I are handicapped, and it was a painful experience to clean it up. No dish cloths. The couch had no cushions. Just a flat piece of cotton to sit on. So uncomfortable. We found outdoor cushions and put them on the furniture so we could sit and get up from the couch. The only other chairs were cheap and not comfortable. They had these plastic chairs for the table. Again, very uncomfortable. We had nowhere to sit. By the time we left our backs and legs were killing us. So much more. It ruined our vacation as the pain from not having anywhere to sit with comfort made us cancel things we wanted to do things like crabbing, going on the beach, etc. Our back and legs were hurting so bad we couldn't do anything. I think I am entitled to some kind of refund. Very bad vacation. We always stayed on Summer Ave condos and never had these kinds of problems. We can't do stairs anymore so that is why we chose this condo.
