- Absolutely no unwarranted parties or events allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of this will result in eviction with no refund.
- We may request Proof of Identification from any/all guests in the reservation at any time before or during the check-in process. If any guest(s) refuse to provide the requested identification, the entire group will not be able to stay, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Any illegal activities, including underage drinking, marijuana smoking, indoor smoking (including hookah), loitering, or parties without host consent, will result in loss of security deposit and immediate eviction.
Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dogl/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.
If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. I do not suggest letting your dog loose. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.
- No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.
- Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.
- Unapproved late checkouts result in a $100/hour fee in 1-hour increments, maxing out at 2 hours. Any further delay incurs an additional $500 fee.
- Smoking or evidence of smoking in the unit incurs a $500 ozone cleaning fee, separate from the security deposit.
- For mailed items, a $40 charge plus shipping costs apply.
- Noise/neighbor complaints: The second noise complaint post quiet hours results in a $500 fine, subsequent complaints lead to immediate eviction without refunds or security deposit returns.
- Reservation changes require approval. If allowed, a minimum of 50% of adjusted/removed dates will be withheld by the host. No changes allowed within 30 days of booking.
- Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly.
- Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.
- All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence.
- All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.
