Tequila Sunset is just steps away from a beautiful beach.

This stunning upscale house is fully furnished with an open floor plan in tropical island style.

We are situated in an ideal and convenient location on the calm Caribbean side just north of the quaint settlement of Gregory Town Eleuthera Bahamas.

The villa's superb location is convenient to Eleuthera's 2 airports, pink sand beaches, fabulous restaurants and shopping. Gregory Town is the home of the famous Pineapple Festival, Surfers Beach, The Cove Restaurant and Resort plus Sunset Grill where you may see locals perform.

You will love the spectacular views of the Caribbean sea with the turquoise waters. It is one of the best snorkeling areas around. Enjoy kayaking or relaxing on the beach.

Sit back and relax on the spacious patio with a cocktail and enjoy the view while soaking up the Caribbean sun during the day and the stunning star filled skies at night. Take a dip in the turquoise waters all while delighting in the spectacular views. Feel your cares fade away as you watch the beautiful sunsets.

We ate breakfast and dinner in and found the kitchen had everything (except a machete to open coconuts lol!) we need. Lunches out gave us a chance to meet locals and try great seafood. We also used the outings to check out other beaches. Wallace the property manager was so helpful and helped us with a rental car that could hold 6 as well as introduced us to Forster who brought us local fish fillets and lobster to cook.The home has kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling gear, floats and boogie board. Wow! It was the best family vacay because there are options to rest or be active right there on the property.

Stay was beautiful!

House had all we needed. The snorkeling steps out the back door was some of the best fish around. Light switches were tricky figuring out. Kitchen well stocked and a large number of pots and pans, but most were unusable. A stainless steel pot and pan would be great, but that is just what I’m used to. Would definitely stay here again.Lovely home and our stay was fantastic!

Great views and snorkeling

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. We explored the island and several different beaches, but the best snorkeling was by far in the cove behind the house. The views were stunning. We ate at Daddy Joes restaurant down the street several times and loved every meal. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need….beach towels, coolers, snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards and floats. Wallace was very helpful though we really didn’t need much.

Perfect Location and Property

Stayed 10 days end of March 2025. The location, house and property were perfect for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the many beautiful beaches and local eateries in the area. We are already planning a return trip in 2026.

We had an amazing time!! Wish we would have been able to stay longer! The views, the snorkeling, and the friendliness of everyone in the area was spectacular!! Thank you for making our first time in the Bahamas such a wonderful experience!!

The best escape in the Bahamas

We loved our stay at Tequila Sunset. The house is right by the water. Swimming at Sunset was magical. The host is very responsive, kind and helpful. Highly recommend her place. Make sure to explore the island, Spanish Wells, Harbor Island while you’re there.

The location and views were absolutely breath taking! We were only a couple of min from other amazing views, beaches, and really cool things to do. Every thing was very functional we were 15 min from a grocerey store and all the surrounding neighbors were kind and told us alot about yhe area.

Super place.... great location

Stayed their with very good friends. Was a super choice. Clean, on the beach. Wonderful location. Less than 30 min drive to Airport. Less than 30 min drive to the ferry docks for Harbour Island and Spanish Wells. But off the beaten path and very close to some great beaches on both the ocean side and the Bight side. Rena was very helpful with information and contacts prior to check-in. Wallace was at the airport when we arrived. All very responsive. We all agreed that we would rent this house again on any return trips to Eleuthera.

Amazing trip with incredible views!

This was the perfect location and place for my family! Views were incredible with the beach and excellent snorkeling just a few feet away. Great location that was perfect for exploring the island and easy to get to. We went all the way to the southern end once, but mostly stayed in the area of the house, north Eleuthera, and took a trip over to Harbor Island. It was especially nice that when it was windy on one side of the island, we could just pop over to a beach on the other side and it would be calm. We used the paddleboard quite a bit, and it was great having snorkeling equipment at the house. The setup was great for us - we ate out about half the time, and cooked half the time, and the house had everything we needed. Communication with the owners and Wallace was easy and smooth, and the neighbors (and their dogs!) are all lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Family get together at Tequila Sunset!

Large property with a lot of room to enjoy family time. Great deck and private beach access, fantastic snorkeling right off the beach! close to north Eleuthera airport and sight seeing areas. Throughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Will be back soon!

Five Star Views-Two Star Accommodations

We rented Tequila Sunset for the entire month of February 2024. The location of the house overlooking the Caribbean has amazing sunset views and is a quiet, peaceful property. The house itself is tired and in need of significant maintenance. A few of the problems we experienced were: Bathroom showers: the water was lukewarm in the master bath shower for our entire 29 day stay. The water in the guest bath was cool for the first 20 days until the plumber arrived on day 21 to replace the cartridge and turn up the water heater. Kitchen: the upper coil in the oven does not work so the heat is uneven and the oven is filthy. All the knives are dull. LR/DR: the ceiling above the fireplace leaks during a storm. There are broken and cracked floor tiles. Kayak: the red, double kayak has a hole in the bottom, it took on water while we were paddling in front of the Cove Resort when we capsized. Hazardous. BBQ grill: is old, rusted, and slow to heat. The handle came off but we were able to tighten the screws so it could be used. When renting a property we expect that the home and appliances are well maintained and are in working order so that guests can enjoy their vacation without the discomfort and frustrations of a home in need of so much maintenance. While some of these deficiencies could be overlooked had we stayed for only a few days, they were impossible to disregard for the 29 days we rented this house. Wallace was great but these are problems the owners need to address.

Beautiful views

Tequila sunset is such a fantastic property. The view and sunsets are incredible. The water is beautiful and the reefs near the house made us feel like we were in an aquarium. We loved snorkeling the reefs and loved having access to kayaks to explore the cove and nearby areas. Communication with the owner and Wallace were great. Both were quick to respond and Wallace offered a lot of helpful tips during our stay. The house has plenty of room, was very clean, and well stocked with every kitchen item we could imagine. Can’t wait to go back to Eleuthera and would definitely stay at Tequila Sunset again.

Family Vacation

Wonderful family getaway location! Home was roomier than even the photos provide. View is best around! Great neighborhood, Wallace and Rena were wonderful to work with and the communication was a breeze, they especially put us at ease with the unprecedented weather that we ended up having. Can't wait to return to this heavenly retreat when we can really enjoy the water! Thank you for sharing your beautiful island home!

A hidden gem in Paradise

There is so much to say about this place. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The house itself is right on the water where you can enjoy breathtaking Sunsets. From there you can decide to escape for a day trip to Harbor Island, Spanish Wells or go see pigs swimming in the cristal blue waters. Staying at the property is a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and relax. The host Rena and property manager are both responsible and extremely helpful. Staying at this property cannot disappoint in my opinion.

Sunsets, Calm Waters and Incredible Memories

Tequila Sunset was perfect for our family getaway. The home was well appointed with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Communicating with owners and local property managers was timely, seamless, and attentive. The size home was perfect for our family and the location was absolutely incredible. The sunsets from the home and waterfront were perfect. The calm cove out the back of the home was ideal; we snorkeled, kayaked (included), swam, and hung out. The home was well situated for our day trips where we chartered a boat, saw the local sites, ate great meals and met new local friends. The Out-Island experience is perfectly imperfect and Tequila Sunset was a perfect location for our family.

It was perfect snorkeling was great. House was perfect for our needs. Laugh if you must, but I loved the reading glasses in front of the books. Such a welcoming and personal touch. Will be back.

Tequila Sunset was purchased by us for a vacation getaway and our retirement home for the future.

We traveled through out the Bahamian islands for years together and always dreamed of having our own place to come back to every year.

During our many travels we were finally asked what is it that you want exactly for a vacation home? We said quiet, laid back, not too built up but has necessities and great beaches.
That is how we landed in Eleuthera. No regrets!

The island is very safe and the people are so friendly.

We finally bought our piece of paradise and we want to share it with others.

When we first pulled up to our property we knew this is where we wanted to be.

The water views from the kitchen, living room etc.. sold us.

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room to entertain.

We have the best snorkeling right outside the house.

The fishing is great and kayaking is awesome in this area.

The sunsets are the best right from the patio.

Every night we meet on the patio (alone or with friends) and enjoy our shot of tequila with the beautiful sunset.
