Outstanding loft located 2 blocks off of Broadway. Great property, well appointed and quite spacious. Convenient to everything you would want in downtown Nashville. Nice touch was the earplugs provided by the Host -- definitely came in handy on the Friday and Saturday nights we were there. Would highly recommend if you're looking for something right in the heart of 'Honky Tonk Highway' (AKA Broadway)!
Beds were comfortable, fantastic bathroom and showers, the deck was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Loved our stay!
We absolutely loved this property! It is beautiful! Communication was fast and easy. The location cannot be beat! We would definitely come back to stay here again! Highly recommend!
The unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is perfect for two couples as each bedroom has a king size bed and on-suite bathroom. The location was great, just two blocks from Broadway and a short walk to the stadium.
A nicely decorated and appointed loft conversion located several hundred yards from all that makes Nashville a great short vacation. After figuring out parking in the downtown area it was a wonderful place to explore from. Owner was very helpful during check in. Having local businesses operating on the first floor gave us a secure feeling when leaving and returning.
This VRBO was the perfect location and the owner goes out of their way to welcome and make everything easy. We will stay here again! There are so many thoughtful touches from welcome drinks in the fridge, to the record player and Bluetooth. Beds were comfortable. Plus a rooftop deck!!! The best. Super clean and organized. Owner responded to messages immediately.
The room is exactly as it looks!! Excellent location for walking to Broadway and Printer alley. Very clean, awesome rooftop area for relaxing, eating or having a cocktail. Loose level did not bother us. Spiral stairs not recommended if one is drinking lol. Owner was helpful and allowed us late check out. Highly highly recommend, we will definitely stay here again!!!
When you get the details, you start wondering about the location of this home. But once we walked through the door and found this wonderful get-away ... it all came into place. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to go back and stay in the same location. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here. The guys in the downstairs shops are truly the friendliest guys as well - helpful in so many ways!
The property is beautiful and ideally located. Photos are accurate in every way. The only complaint we had was the noise. So loud. On Saturday night the noise (sirens, party buses, loud people) did not calm down until 430am. We brought our sound machine which blocked out most of it but just be aware that if you aren't a heavy sleeper the noise will definitely be bothersome.
We thoroughly enjoy our stay at 1882 Lofts. The location is ideal, very short walk to Broadway. Grocery and alcohol stores located on the first floor were unexpected convenience bonuses. The place itself is spectacular, a very well appointed Modern industrial styled loft. The rooftop balcony offered great views, a dining table, and more space than expected. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely return!
Our atay waa almost perfect! The space was exactly as described. It was gorgeous and well furnished. Not to mention, immaculate. The only downfall was the noise. Granted, it was a busy weekens in Nashville. But, all night loud noise that ear plugs couldn't even bloc. Overall, we would definitely rent again. The convenience of the location was worth it!
The condo itself is spectacular. Very clean, comfortable beds and the rooftop deck is a huge perk. What we weren’t prepared for was the noise. Because of the close proximity to Broadway the noise was unbearable outside. The cars, motorcycles, police cars, you name it, we heard it. The condo is in a very old building so the windows are probably original and don’t block out noise and the exposed brick walls echo every little sound.

Glad you thought the loft was spectacular. We agree the private rooftop deck is definitely a huge perk and something you rarely find outside of a bar downtown.
The loft is a couple blocks from Broadway & not located on Broadway, and so it’s walkable but still quite far from the excessive noise. I’m sure it was very convenient to walk to the concert at Ascend Amphitheater. However, with the convenience of being downtown there are downtown noises everywhere…we provide ear plugs & sound machines for those with sensitive ears. Most of the windows in the building are new as we replaced them in the last few years…we feel the exposed brick is just part of the loft’s charm as one of the first buildings in Nashville built in 1882.
The 1882 Lofts are full of character, modern, and well-appointed. They are in a great location a few blocks from Printer's Alley and Broadway, an easy walk to all of the bars, restaurants, and things to do.
The apartment is in an old brick building and has been fully renovated with a modern, upscale design. Check out the pics on VRBO -- it's exactly as it looks online. The owners/managers are friendly and helpful, and they clearly put a lot of thought into making this a top-notch experience for guests. Fit and finish is upscale, with fun touches like a usable guitar, record player, and espresso machine.
Getting in and out is easy with digital key codes, a pay parking garage on the block, and a stealth elevator entrance adjacent to a smoke shop!
Highly recommended.
Very close walking distance to Broadway. Excellent location. Only drawback is the street noise which is VERY loud. Host does provide sound machines in each bedroom and a large box of disposable earplugs. Proximity was worth the noise. Only other drawback was the lack of curtains in the bedrooms. Blinds do not block very bright streetlights or sun in morning. Highly recommend bringing an eye mask or better yet they could install curtains. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.
