The host and the property were great. The property was clean, the check in was easy. It is conveniently located and close to all the action. While you could walk to things, with the heat at the time and children we found it easier to drive and park closer to our activities for each day.

Property was in very convenient location with about a 15 minute walk to Broadway. The condo was clean, quiet had great view of the River and was decorated in a fun Nashville theme. The free covered parking was also a plus. We didn’t do much cooking because we always ate out but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The owner Kim was very easy to work with and replied to questions quickly. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Excellent location with a great view of the river, comfortable beds & a well stocked kitchen. The best part of the rental was our host, Kim. We encountered an issue during our stay & she did everything possible to rectify the situation. She was quick to respond & do what was needed to help us out! For those looking for a gym to use, the facility gym is “under renovation” & almost all of the equipment is broken. This is not the fault of the host, but be aware if a useable gym is part of your criteria when choosing a place to stay!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! So many extra touches it made you feel right at home.We enjoyed being able to walk to Broadway, use the balcony and relax in the living room. Location to Broadway was great! Beautiful river view with woodchucks, squirrels and red cardinals. Kim communication was very prompt. Highly recommend staying here.

Location is perfect! Easy to walk to Broadway and also easy getting an Uber! Loved how this area was quiet. My youngest son’s 21st birthday so it was perfect for my kids and I to be in one place! Very clean and Kim was amazing at communicating! Highly recommend and I will be booking this place for our next visit to Nashville!!

Location is perfect, not too far from broadway, not too close. Easy short walk. Also was only 2 blocks to the minor league baseball stadium, a nice surprise as something to do for a few hours. Condo well equipped, nice view, nice covered parking. 10/10 experience for family of 4.

The Host kept us updated and was very accurate with all information provided. The property and Condo as very clean and comfortable. Parking was very nice and a plus for convenience. Kitchen as well stocked and very clean. We had a fantastic experience for our Nashville vacation. The location was great and central to many of the areas and attractions that we visited. Wonderful location for exploring all of Nashville! Free covered parking, pleasant walk to downtown along the riverfront, or an inexpensive ride share. Host is very responsive, excellent communication, property is well maintained & stocked, deck has a nice view of the Cumberland river & city skyline. Great place to plan your day with morning coffee, and come back to after exploring & unwind. Many good suggestions in the guest book, you can easily plan several days worth of activities. Living area is cozy, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a pull-out sleeper. Plenty of USB charge locations for all the phones and gadgets, secure WiFi is provided.
