This beautifully restored loft boasts brand new amenities, rustic yet modern decor, as well as a star-studded view of historic downtown Nashville. Located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a historic building on 2nd Avenue N, just seconds from Broadway, our loft delivers a truly unique opportunity to put yourself directly in the heart of Music City!
Rest assured - no car is necessary to experience all Nashville has to offer, as there are endless entertainment options right outside your door! This loft is surrounded by an array of decadent restaurants, museums, music venues, country music themed honky-tonk’s, and shops. Nashville also has several bike rental stations around downtown if you wish you expedite your downtown travels. If you decide to explore outside of downtown you can easily utilize one of the ride share or taxi options since they are often just minutes from your location! However, if you do decide to bring your car, or rent one in town, there are several parking garages you can pay to use (including one a block away) and limited metered street parking since we do not offer parking.
Our loft provides more than just a prime location to hang your hat. Our décor pays homage to the rustic and charming music culture that has made Nashville one of the most iconic cities in the world. The walls of the loft are original brick, dating back over 100 years. Restored barn wood, copper trim and refinished original red oak wood floors complement our stunning space. This loft comes outfitted with 2 spacious bedrooms, three full baths, and a bedroom that has been converted from an office to offer 2 additional full-sized beds.
- BEDROOM 1: has a queen-sized bed, complemented with an elegant headboard, side table, and ceiling fan.
- BEDROOM 2: is as versatile as it is beautiful. A hand-made, wood bunk bed occupies the room featuring a twin over full-size setup.
Both standard bedrooms come equipped with private full-sized bathrooms, in addition to the main bathroom. The granite counter-tops, intimate lighting and elegant finishes will ensure your utmost comfort.
Additionally, we also offer a third sleeping space with two full-sized beds and full bedding. Originally, this room served as an office so it is open to the hallway. However, it offers a comfortable sleeping environment for larger groups. If you are still in need of some extra sleeping space, we also have a large couch that is equally as cozy!
The diversity of our loft is evident in our spacious layout. Whether you residing alone, traveling with a small group or packing a full house, we’ve got you covered. Our dining room features a hand-made picnic-style table with seating for 6-8. The lighting, artwork, aged brick and restored barn-wood each play a significant role in the calming ambiance of the dining room. The kitchen gives you all the conveniences of modern-day cooking in your own home. Hard wood cabinets, gas stove with hood, and fully stocked dinnerware make large and small scale cooking a breeze. There is also a neighborhood grocery store located within 2 blocks. Our living room features 10-foot ceilings and plenty of seating for everyone so our loft will surely accommodate you and your guests.
The loft also has an elevator that will take you from the 3rd floor to the 1st and opens into Mike's Ice Cream and Coffee Bar! The elevator has a key that will allow you and your guests exclusive access to the 3rd floor so no worries there! You are welcome to use the Mike's Ice Cream's front entrance during business hours, 8am - 11pm Sun-Thurs & 8am-12am Fri-Sat, and there is a separate entrance to the stairwell when the shop is closed, or to use at your convenience!
There are many rental options in Nashville, but few as sophisticated and charming as our loft. Why Andrew Crackel chose The District
We needed to relocate our ice cream shop from it's 14 year home on Broadway and this location was perfect! We looked at many locations around Nashville, however, we've been a part of the downtown community for many years so we knew we wanted to stay here and be a part of Downtown Nashville's continued evolution. We discovered this building was for sale on 2nd Avenue, and we were thrilled with the opportunity to purchase a new location so close to our previous one! Our shop, Mike's Ice Cream & Coffee Bar, is on the first floor and the 2nd floor is used as storage and office space. The 3rd floor was converted to a rental property by the previous owners, and was so perfect we wanted to continue to offer it as a rental. We've added our personal touches to Loft 129 and strive to find new ways to improve our guests' experience, however, it is it's prime location to everything downtown that is the greatest part of this building!

CANNOT Beat this Location
This apartment is in the heart of Nashville. You are within walking distance of anyplace you want to go. Dozens of bars and restaurants -- almost all with great live entertainment -- are within 4 blocks of this place. The apartment is roomy and has a cool décor. It's very well-kept, neat and clean. And Andrew was GREAT to work with: available if needed, responsive to any requests, and very accommodating. We -- a group of 5 middle-aged travelers visiting Nashville for the first time -- would definitely stay here again!
Went to Nashville for a bachelor party with six guys and this place did not disappoint. The exposed brick and tall ceilings really opened the place up. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone.Walking distance to everything on Broadway. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Great downtown location, clean and with all the amenities
Easy check-in as Andrew was great to work with. Loft was very clean with lots of room for the five of us. Towels, bedding, kitchen and bathroom supplies were plentiful. Restaurants and bars right outside the door. Elevator entrance is great. Late night entry thru the alleyway a bit unnerving, but we had no problems. Would definitely come back.
Perfect location with plenty of room for 8. Very comfortable property and Andrew was very nice.
It was walking distance to most things we wanted to see and do with excellent restaurants too!
Everything start to finish with this trip was amazing!! Andrew was so easy to communicate with, the property was fantastic and he certainly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was FANTASTIC! Beautiful loft, great amenities and seriously steps away from all the excitement.. We will definitely stay here again!!
Great location and accommodations for our girl's trip. Andrew was awesome to work with. Much better than staying in a hotel, which we had done on prior trips. We visited in January and location was still walking distance to the Nashville action given the chilly weather!!! Thanks, Andrew!!!!
