Fireweed Hollow is an uplifting and comforting home that allows guests to get away from the crowds of downtown and the Spit, while still being less than a 15-minute drive away. From relaxing moments to great conversations, your time in Homer can be spent making memories from the elevated hillside and newly constructed large deck with amazing views! Please check out our onsite Mother-in-law apartment (VRBO #3567577) if you are interested in accommodating a larger group for 2 additional bedrooms. Please note that pets are not allowed on this property.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The photos don’t do the views justice. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill works great. We dinner two of our three nights from the deck. I would rebook this place any time I’m in Homer.

This was an amazing rental. The views were incredible! It is about 3.5 miles above the main strip of Homer, which is easy to reach and still gives an amazing view because it’s almost at the top of the ridge. The house was very modern but cozy-throw blankets everywhere. We roasted marshmallows at the gas fire pit on the deck looking out at mountains and the spit. Beds were all comfortable, showers nice and hot. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was just as advertised! My family and I came from Tennessee for a family wedding. This home was the perfect stay for our family of 5! It had everything you could ask for and the views were breathtaking! I would recommend this home for anyone looking to come to Homer to relax! Christine was a great host and was easy to communicate with! If we ever come back, we would rent this home again!

Fantastic location and view

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at through VRBO. Great location and amazing views on the spit and mountains. Was only missing an outside heating source for the front deck. Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Mountain Views

This property is clean with absolutely wonderful views of the oceans, mountain range and Homer spit below. We enjoyed sitting on the deck using the gas firepit. The second fridge was a huge bonus!
