You’ll be a short walk from Lookout Park above the ocean, Summerland Beach, and all the quaint shops and restaurants in Summerland. Hop on Highway 101 to easily access more activities along the Santa Barbara coast.

Hammonds Reef provides a spacious living/sleeping loft with two queen beds, couch and sitting area with Smart TV, a workspace with desk, a spacious and well-equipped kitchenette, and a large bathroom that includes a washer/dryer.
The main room is brightly lit by large windows overlooking the ocean with beautiful coastal views of the Channel Islands.
The kitchenette includes a coffee maker and tea kettle, mini fridge, double burner, microwave, toaster, and toaster oven.
You will have private access to your space.
Need room for more than four guests? Ask us about renting Serena Cove (sleeps 6) or Serena Cove and Hammonds Reef together as “Verano Del Mar” (sleeps 10), all in the same location.
For guests staying longer than 10 days, we provide one complimentary interim cleaning service.
