Welcome to the newly completed Sea Lofts at Padaro Beach. This is Santa Barbara's most exclusive beach. If you are looking for a safe place to stay this is it! You won't find closer accommodations to the water for miles. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. You can rent surfboards, paddle boards, take surf lessons, or grab breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the locals spots on Santa Claus Lane without ever getting in your car. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck and watch the sunset. The well appointed Beach Loft has a king bed and full bath that is handicap accessible. It is spacious, with a full kitchenette. Featuring a microwave, fridge, and everything you need for a memorable stay at the beach. There is an outside shower to rinse off after your day playing in the sand. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for those beautiful sunny beach days

If your looking for more things to do, you have the option of going into Carpinteria 3 minutes away or Montecito and Santa Barbara 8 minutes away. Spend a day in Ojai just a short 30 minute trip. After a long day of fun, fall asleep with the sound of the waves just outside your window.

Amazing property. I suggest you put batteries in the candle and a nite light in the bathroom. Also a freezer to have ice would be nice.

Wonderful wedding weekend.

Family Getaway

This bungalow was perfect for us. So comfy we didn't wanna leave. We could walk to everything we need for a pandemic getaway. The beach lovely. sunsets perfect. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated with amenities the promoted relaxation. What a great stay. Hope to be back again soon.

Cozy and well appointed room, very clean. Love the beach access and proximity to restaurants. Ventura and Santa Barbara are within easy driving distance. The trains passed infrequently and were short in length. Similarly, the road is fairly busy with trucks passing by but the noise isn't much louder than the ocean and is mostly limited to daytime hours (we slept well every night). The back half of the lower deck is the outdoor area assigned to this unit. The listing pictures show a patio dining set but it was actually a pair of comfortable beach loungers and a large umbrella during our stay. Tall plants offer some privacy between the front rental unit's portion of the deck. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return for a future visit!

Another sublime stay - Pacific Paradise

Dolphins pranced in the Pacific right in front of the house as we were checking in ... an indicator of how magical this experience was about to be. A comfortable, cozy, well-appointed beach getaway with a location that cannot be beat. Even with the proximity to the railroad track, the loft still offers tremendous solitude, inviting the senses to savor all things Padaro. This is the second time I've stayed here and there will definitely be a third. It's enchanting.

I was ghosted by the host. I called (2 different numbers), messaged through the app, texted, and never got my information to check in. I had planned a lovely solo birthday weekend, where I expected to wake up to ocean views and it was ruined. I got a text the next morning with the code, which was useless because Vrbo had already canceled my reservation. I’m so disappointed.

Awesome anniversary getaway at Padaro Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Loft, it's a really neat location right on the beach and the place is very well maintained... it seemed brand new like nobody had ever stayed there! We loved being steps from the sand and there was plenty of beach for a nice long walk along the water. We saw seals and dolphins very close to the shore, and it was neat exploring the rocks at low tide which are full of anemones. It was also great to be able to simply walk right over to Padaro Beach Grill, they have great food and we ate dinner with a nice view of the ocean. Jeff and Kristi are very kind and helpful, we had everything we needed but it was nice to know they are right there just in case anything comes up. We would definitely stay here again! : )

Great find!

Location was perfect! A short walk to the sand, a short walk to shops, a short drive to Santa Barbara, and a parking spot on site. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom - what a luxury! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that the sound of the road was often louder than the sound of the ocean, but being able to see the ocean from the patio was still amazing, and I loved relaxing on the loungers outside. Also, considering how close the train tracks are, I was pleasantly surprised at how little we heard from inside the room when a train passed. Finally, the only thing that might improve the room would be a couple of comfortable chairs. Right now the only seating options are the bed, or a couple of hard chairs at the little table, but that's not a deal breaker, just would have been a nice option. I would definitely stay here again!

The location cannot be beat. You are right on the ocean and the room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Jeff was friendly and very available. Overall a great stay.

Close to ocean, beautiful space

We enjoyed our stay - the property was well maintained and exactly as described. It is a very short walk to be on the quiet beach and while the train does go right by the property it is not disruptive at all.

Perfect location and a great place to stay!

This property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed for a weekend away. It is steps from a great beach, walking distance to restaurants, and the sound of the waves at night made for the best night of sleep in a long time! I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again soon!

Nice place!

The property is newer and in great condition. The room is larger than appears in the photos. The refrigerator does not have a freezer section, in case you may need that. I might suggest replacing the two chairs with something a little more comfortable to sit for reading or watching TV. VERY comfortable overall and definitely repeatable.

What an am amazing weekend in Carpinteria! They unit was comfortable, convenient, clean, and beautifully appointed. And what a perfect location! I walked on the beach every morning and watched the sunset every evening. Coffee and several options for food within 2 minutes walk. My first VRBO experience was an absolute dream!!

Why they chose this property

When compared to the newest hotel on the beach in Santa Barbara the Lofts are a great value, coming in at a third of the price for a comparable stay.

What makes this property unique

The Lofts do not have access to the upstairs apartment and deck. They share the lower deck which is now separated by a planter to give guests more privacy. There are two parking spots in front of the building designated for the lofts.
