Welcome to 'Don't Worry Beach Happy'!

This charming, pet-friendly* 3BR/2BA beach bungalow can be found in a quiet neighborhood with easy beach and bay access, a private swimming pool and complimentary golf cart use included with every stay!

Enjoy a family movie on the large, Smart TV with streaming options in the comfortably furnished living room, or sit outside on the furnished, covered deck - a relaxing spot to listen for the waves rolling in.

The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a convenient walk-in pantry for food storage. The nearby dining table with roadside view seats 6-7 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.

The Master King suite with private bathroom is located at the end of the hall, just across from the Queen bedroom that overlooks the private swimming pool. The third bedroom would make a great children’s room with 2 double beds and beachy décor. All bedrooms have a Smart TV for your entertainment.

The guest bathroom with tub/shower combination can be found just past the main living area, next to the laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, Pack-n-Play, highchair and small dog kennel which are available for guest use.

Spend the day swimming and sunning at your own private swimming pool with a tanning ledge, a unique feature that allows you to cool off and relax in the sun on a shallow underwater bench. Add pool heat or chill to your stay for a $350 + tax fee per week!

Bonus Beach Gear includes complimentary use of an SUP board, 2 single kayaks, beach cart and a GOLF CART! (Guests must sign a waiver for kayak and golf cart use, only drivers with a valid drivers license are authorized to drive a golf cart on St. George Island).

Additional outdoor amenities include under-house concrete parking, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink and park-style charcoal grill.

A short 4-minute walk or 1-minute drive will take you to the nearest community beach boardwalk or you can enjoy a quick 3-minute golf cart ride to the center of the Island to enjoy the shops, restaurants and Lighthouse Park, just over 1 mile away from the property.

It offered comfy seating, comfy beds in ample-sized bedrooms, a big dining table, a breakfast bar, a super kitchen with a pantry, a very nice laundry room, a covered porch, and a delighful pool area with it's own little sandy beach. Lots of beach and pool toys were available, including kayaks, and the golf cart was a real plus. It was a pleasure to stay in such a well-maintained place where everything you might need was anticipated and thoughfully provided.

This house is conveniently located between the Gulf and Bay with super easy access to both - BUT nestled in the landscape for privacy. The house is extremely well appointed in the kitchen and pantry, furniture throughout is cute and cozy and the King mattress very comfortable. We did not use the other two bedrooms but they looked just as cozy. While it wasn't pool weather, we enjoyed the pool area for its lively decor and great view of the night sky - Taurid meteor showers were awesome!Kayaks were easily available and we were sad we didn't use them this time. The golf cart is GREAT. We have previously brought our own cart and wow, was it nice to not have to do that!We found this house to be perfect for us - so neat, clean and well stocked - we would surely rent again and of course, highly recommend. Don't worry, you'll be happy!

Two blocks from the beach. The golf cart is great, we never drove our truck anywhere. Kitchen was crazy stocked. Very comfortable for our family of four.

Wonderful Spring Break Week

Very clean and tidy. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of beach/pool towels. Also towels for our dog. Washer dryer was very convenient. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Pool was great, clean and relaxing; it has lighting around the fencing for nighttime use. Has 3 kayaks and 1 SUP--we didn't use them this time. Golf cart was a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break stay.

Beautiful home in a little slice of paradise!

This home is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very well equipped with everything you could possible need. We loved having the golf cart to get around, and very much enjoyed a relaxing, wonderful week on St George Island.

This home is spotless and comfortable. Whether we spending time there in the summer or winter, it's been the perfect spot for us. While we didn't use the golf cart this time, we've used it in the past and it's great to have that included in the rental price. Kayaks, paddle board, pool, and a short walk to the beach access makes this house a great place for a vacationing couple or family. We'll definitely book again

Renting a house was always a difficult thing to do because you just don't know what you're getting. Not with this company and house. It was the cleanest, most week kept house I have stayed in. Everything you needed was there. I have never enjoyed a house as much as I enjoyed this one. I am so happy to have found a company that takes pride in their homes.

Only concern is no lights at the pool for night swimming and I feel like that could be dangerous especially for those with kids. Also we had drains backing up in the hallway main bath but didn’t complain during our stay because we had our fir babies left there during the day when we were out enjoying the island and didn’t want maintenance to come while we were gone. I am sure that would have been addressed had we called. We had a wonderful vacation! Thanks

Actually it had way more stuff then was listed including more kayaks and beach gear. The house was very close to the beach and having the golf cart made everything really easy. We also spend some time on the sound and you could put in kayaks over at Regatta Park. The pool was perfect to come back to you after a long day at the beach. Property managers were also great and very responsive! Would highly recommend this place!

I was surprised to find it larger than I was expecting. As described, it's a very short walk to the beach or the bay, the pool was so refreshing, and the golf cart was very nice to have. We spent most of our time on the beach or at the pool. Our experience with the property management company was top notch. They treated us like family and made us feel very welcomed to the island. This was our first trip to SGI and we will be returning.
