Luxurious Brand-New Coastal 2 Bedroom

Summary:
This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short work to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible nearby beaches.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass doors do not lock by design.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

The apartment was very clean, the bathrooms were exceptional and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. The host was always available and kept us informed on everything we needed to know. Clean, comfortable, safe location-5 star. Walkable to coffee shop and a couple of restaurants. Place was well equipped with everything we needed, plugs and toiletries were a nice touch. I would rate overall experience 4, because keypad was broken when we arrived. Took over an hour to resolve. It’s disconcerting to be in new place, in the dark struggling to get in. VRBO customer service was NO help at all, I gave up after holding 40min, for a supervisor! Glad that host finally responded and opened door remotely. The host knew about the broken keypad, there should have been a heads up or a quicker way to reach someone for help. Maintenance did show up that night to fix.

I stayed in this property to attend a conference and EXPO at the convention center. I selected it because it was a very convenient location. When I arrived, I was quite surprised to find that it was nicer than described. I would highly recommend this unit to anybody that it's looking for a nice place to stay.

This is a FANTASTIC condo

This condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures--but somehow also nicer. It has a great feel, and is perfectly stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The living room was airy but also cozy, and the kitchen was a delight to cook in. We liked it so much we're going back.
