Had a great time at this place. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but the property is perfect otherwise! Tons to do and close to everything.

Nice and clean

Property in a pristine conditions, recently upgraded, have everything in the kitchen, just bring your food, very nice backyard, good for kids and pets. Highly recommend pay more attention to the pool maintenance. Thanks!!

Great place for family stay

The property was laid out perfectly for our big family with plenty of space to spread out. The finishes inside the house were well done and there were no issues at all with how things worked or safety concerns or noise or any of those issues that can take away from the joy of a vacation. The backyard and pool were also beautiful and well-maintained. And location was great with plenty of takeout places nearby and an easy commute to get into downtown or out to the beach. There was a little snafu at the end where the property's website listed an 11 a.m. checkout, but we got an email the morning of saying 9 a.m. Check out at 9 would be too early for us and might have affected our choice to stay, but it doesn't look like the owners / managers penalized us for taking the extra time to get ourselves organized and clear out. If we stay again in the future, we would just be sure to clarify before booking. Otherwise it was great and would definitely book again.
