It's another fun year in New Orleans! Even when there is nothing to do, there is ALWAYS something to do!

You have your own private entrance and no indoor common areas. The private hot tub is drained and cleaned between guests. We want you to be safe and healthy for your visit to New Orleans. The owner is on property at all times.

This is a LEGAL Guesthouse permitted & inspected by the city of New Orleans. We are located at 1526 Pauger St. at the end of Bourbon St. in the Faubourg Marigny. A private entrance to the Little Eazy, makes you feel like you are in your very own home. We provide the perfect casual cottage. It has two separate sleeping areas and a private bathroom with walk in shower. There is a couch in the living room which pulls out for another full size bed. Kitchen, living room, cable TV, radio, a private phone and wireless Internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. We provide coffee, and tea. You can relax and read a book in the privacy of the back patio with hot tub and furniture. We also have a front yard with a swing that you can enjoy while watching the carriages make their way back to the stables. Permit parking is available at no extra charge while staying at the Little Eazy. Please check the availability calendar as we only have one cottage and when it books that is all I have to offer you. WE DO HAVE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM....

Music & Relaxing: The Little Eazy is located in a residential neighborhood just outside the French Quarter. We are located 3 blocks from the French Quarter and 3 blocks from Frenchman St.. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood, It is a quiet neighborhood as compared to the French Quarter. The Little Eazy guests like it because the cottage is comfortable, like being at home, yet close enough to any of the fun activities which New Orleans has to offer.

The cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage. Each bedroom has 1 full/queen size bed (one full and one queen). The couch in the living room folds out to a full size bed. It is comfortable for the maximum of 4 people, and we want you to be comfortable during your stay in New Orleans. Like many houses in New Orleans you need to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom.

RATES- There is a nightly rate and then I charge extra ($25.00) per night for each extra person over 2. That is $25.00 per person. So 4 people would add $50.00 to the nightly rate. I do this because I cannot have 6 people staying in the cottage for one rate.

The inside and outside of the house was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host, Margaret, was a very kind, lovely, and informative lady. We really enjoyed the hot tub, there was not one day we didn't use it. The hot tub was very clean and well-kept and maintained. I would definitely say this cottage is family-friendly and also nice for a getaway with your partner. It is a perfectly located place to experience all of New Orleans and still be able to relax quietly in the evening.

The property was very clean & colorful. Within walking distance of my favorite areas in New Orleans. The host Margaret was lovely and accommodating and gave us great directions to different areas. All the places that we could not walk to rides share had no issues finding the place. Will definitely return in the future.

Loved everything about it. Great location great food options within surrounding neighborhood. Highly recommend to stay to anyone no need to have a rental vehicle everything is within walking distance or Uber (less than 5min). Wonderful host! Very informative and helpful in all the attractions and local eating options. Beautiful city overall very cultured and artistic. Felt the comfort of privacy from day one even though she lives directly next-door. Wonderful hot tub option especially on the hottest days. Would highly recommend & most definitely would come back.

Real New Orleans

My husband and I travel to New Orleans almost every winter. We stay for several weeks and for that reason we have found that places that seem OK for a day or two, just donā€™t measure up when you are staying for a long time. Margaretā€™s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. She has thought of all of the details and all of the things that we will need, especially if we are staying for a longer period of time. On top of that, Margaret is just a delightful host and loves sharing about all of the off the beaten path places to visit while in New Orleans. She even invited us to a little Mardi Gras party in her yard! As others have said, the hot tub is a definite plus and the location is great. Iā€™d happily recommend Margaret and Rickā€˜s place to any of my friends or family. We hope to be back soon!

The Perfect Place To Stay

Absolutely loved this cottage and Margaret!! I was there to cover Super Bowl events and it was perfectly close to everywhere I wanted and needed to be. Lyft & Uber easily found it and the price for a ride from Little EZ to basically anywhere was beyond affordable and accessible. Highly walkable and supremely comfortable this was the perfect place to relax after busy days and relax. The neighborhood is awesome and Esplande Market is about a 5-10 min walk if you need to get snacks or drinks. Will 1000 stay here again!!

Comfy stay, perfect location

My spouse and I stayed at the guesthouse for a long weekend. We were thrilled to be met by the owner, Margaret. She's so friendly and knowledgeable, knowing a lot about the area. The location is walkable to so many music and food venues that we could have stayed in the neighborhood all 4 days. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, too. Plenty of NoLa flair and personality, but no late night revelry nearby.Can't wait to go back!!

Nov 18 - Nov 25 stay at the Little Eazy Guest House

We loved our stay in New Orleans. The Little Eazy Guest House was perfectly situated near the French Quarter as well as Frenchmen St. Located in the architecturally, historic Marigny residential district was an added bonus. As well, our host, Margaret, couldn't have been more helpful in suggesting places to see, things to do or restaurants to try. All of her suggestions were great. After spending every day walking (and walking, did I say walking) around New Orleans it was lovely to return to a comfy spot at night. In addition, the complimentary coffee was a nice touch.

Stayed at the little Ez for a long weekend. Everything we came to see or do was within a 15 min walk. Margaret had plenty of information for us to look through. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed.

This is the cutest little guesthouse! Nothing fancy just comfortable and enough quirkyness to fit into the New Orleans vibe. Margaret was full of information on things to do in town and close to home. Very safe and quiet!

Amazing Stay and Location

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Little Eazy Guesthouse. The location was prime for visiting Bourbon Street and Frenchmen. The cottage itself was a great landing spot after our day of site seeing. Margaret went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We will be back!

Perfect Location!

This was a perfect spot for our trip to NoLa! Close to all the action without being right in the middle of the Quarter. We arrived, parked, and never got back in the car until it was time to head home (parking permit included in stay cost - huge plus for us, as I knew parking was expensive at hotels!). Extensive binder on all the nearby restaurants and music venues was very helpful. And with all the walking, the private hot tub on the back patio was a bonus. Will definitely keep this property in mind for our next trip to the Big Easy!
