LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Bring your family and friends and enjoy 417 shoreline miles of Lake Sinclair and its amenities including its well-known fishing and recreation. This quaint refreshed home features local access to the north side of Lake Sinclair. Located 1.5 miles from Kroger in a low-traffic, friendly neighborhood suitable for your active morning routine. You’ll encounter the likes of local active passerby’s.

4 mins to Sinclair marina and 2 mins to Anchors Marina. 3 min drive to The Country Club of Sinclair. 6 mins to downtown Milledgeville, GCSU and Georgia Military College. The Ritz Carlton is also only 1/2 hour North. Secondary to our home being in the most desired area of the lake, you won’t waste your vacation time traveling from this most ideal location, as it is close to everything (less than 1 mile to Kroger and our upcoming Publix).

Kitchen: fully equipped with cooking basics, pots and pans, dish ware & flatware, grilling utensils, Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, crock pot, and toaster. Island bar seating available.

Living space: Enjoy the serene water views along with a full tilt mount TV with a Fire Stick for your favorite movies/series . Board games, cards, jenga, and puzzles available.

Bedrooms: Accommodates/sleeps 8.
Master suite: 1 King bed with private newly renovated bathroom and walk-in closet. On main level.
2nd bedroom: also located on the main level with Full size bed.
Take a spiral staircase to the cozy loft that includes 1 Full bed and 1 Queen bed.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Outdoors: 22ft Pontoon boat on site for rent (Inquire about pricing). Grill, 3 kayaks with paddles, corn hole, outdoor wicker seating on porch, outdoor dining table with umbrella to seat 4, fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and great water views, composite dock decking with jet ski-hydrolift and boat lift if you wish to bring or rent a jet ski and/or boat during your stay. Bring your poles for fishing as it is a plentiful cove. Cushioned seating with umbrella at dock. Variety of floats with air pump including inflatable trampoline and floating layout platform. Two different style pull behind tubes and a tow rope provided, as well. 2 infant and 5 M-XXL life jackets supplied. Please remember to bring additional life jackets in specific sizes if needed. Beach towels also provided to save room in your suitcases.
