Take the provided kayaks out for a spin on the water. Afterwards, fire up the grill, and enjoy the breathtaking views from the deck. Your cozy lakeside paradise awaits.

The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Fill sunny days with plenty of fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming before retreating inside to unwind. The water depth at the dock ranges from 4-5 ft. Enjoy a beautiful lake view on the spacious deck. This home offers a large backyard, private dock, grill, 2 kayaks for guest use(one double) + a fire pit w/chairs. You’ll have the luxury of Lake Sinclair right on site, and local shops & eats within a 15-minute drive.

MAIN LAYOUT: Single Story, Sleeps 6 in beds + additional sleeping on futon in the office area. Extra bedding and pillows are provided. There are also 3 self-inflating air mattresses - one queen, one full, one twin. 2 fans, Bose Bluetooth speaker, highchair, pack n play - has soft bottom, but needs crib sheet.
Kids toys, most appropriate for 6 months - 6 years but also have some balls for older kids
Masters King Bedroom has a dresser, closet in bath, 2 nightstands, sitting area, TV & an private attached bathroom with his & her sinks, & stand up tile shower. You will love the beautiful lake views from this room!
Bedroom #2 has a King bed, dresser, nightstand and lamp. Double windows in front of the bed with spectacular lake views and 55 inch TV.
Bedroom #3 has a King bed, nightstand w/lamp and TV (all TVs have Youtube Live).
Kitchen: Fully Equipped + Coffee Bar!
Dining: Seats 13 total!
Office: Desk, monitor, keypad and mouse for guests use. There is a futon that folds out into an additional sleeping area.
Laundry: Full size washer and dryer + a drying rack.
Living Room: Oversized sectional couch for additional sleeping area.
Dock Closet: 2 kids swim puddle jumpers, 2 infant life vests, 2 child life vests, 2 youth life vests, 1 male and 1 female life vest, 3 standard/orange life vest, Pool noodles, Several floats (around 10), Tubing float with rope, Wake Board, 3 fishing poles, Tackle box (guests can use anything in there), Cooler, Large Bluetooth speaker, Folding table, & Trash can.

We provide our guests with the following start up pack:
2 rolls of tissue per bathroom
2 trash bags
2 dish pods
2 laundry pods
1 roll of paper towels
Hand soap per kitchen & bathroom
Dish detergent
Cleaning spray
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash per bathroom

This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $150-$500 depending on the amount of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun.

This property is located in a prime location! It's also on BIG open water! The nearest boat ramp access is a 5 minute drive from the property. Boat & jet ski rentals are also available right up the street. (See our Guidebook)

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the locked closets for vendors or the shed located in front of property.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. We have wonderful neighbors.

Getting Around:
Leisure Point is in a prime location! You're 5 minutes away from Sunset Marina, gas stations and food choices. 10-15minutes away from Kroger, and tons of other dining options! Downtown Milledgeville is around 20 minutes away!

Milledgeville: Taylor's Cove (5 minute drive from house, water view!)
Reel & Grill (downtown Milledgeville)

Eatonton: Lake Oconee Bistro & The Silver Moon!

Other Things to Note:
Nearest boat ramp is located at Sunset Marina. It’s a 5 minute car ride from the property. There is plenty of parking in the driveway under the carport and in the driveway. There is a secondary carport area for additional parking or perfect to back your boat into.
