We do want to address a few things that seemed a bit confusing on our end. You had requested to extend your stay, but unfortunately, we had another booking and were unable to accommodate. That’s why we were quite surprised to later receive such a negative message—especially given that nothing was mentioned during your stay. After your checkout, we personally inspected the property and found it to be in clean condition—no noticeable smell, no dirty dishes, and no dust—so your comments were unexpected. In fact, we were so concerned that we almost let our cleaning team go, but after walking through ourselves, everything looked just as it should. We always strive to provide the best experience possible, and we’re open to constructive feedback. But for future stays, we’d really appreciate being notified right away if there’s anything wrong—we’re always happy to address concerns promptly during your reservation.
