This condo hotel is attached to the MGM Grand via an enclosed moving walkway. Unlike any other accommodations on the Strip this property provides all the conveniences of home and yet offers the amenities of a world class hotel.

The property was just as described. We were in Tower 3 with a great view of the strip and the sphere. I’m a walker so the fact that we could walk to MGM Grand via a tunnel was fine for me. I thought it was a great feature to beat the heat. The location, just off the strip, was fine. You didn’t feel like you were off the strip. The apartment had all the comforts of home. The host was responsive. Couldn’t ask for more. I’d stay here again on my next visit.

Location was ideal, especially for a family. Great space with two full bathrooms, kitchen, and amazing balcony. Teens really enjoyed the condo pool and jacuzzi. The strip is a short walk away. Communication with manager was excellent. Only gave 4* for check-in process because a front desk and a valet staff were a little rude - but property manager had no control over that. 100% would book again. Thank you!

Room had just about everything you need. No paper towels or garbage bags but we made by. A bit outdated, cleaning in the bedroom could be better lots of dust on the walls and door above the closet door on the right. Remote for tv didn’t work, no batteries. Bed was very comfortable, location was great, amenities were awesome.

Holiday Vegas Trip

We had a fantastic trip and always love staying at The Signature property. We always stay at The Signature but this was only the 2nd time using VRBO. The unit was great and very comfortable. Tower 3 is a much longer walk to get to the casino from where we normally stay in Tower 1, but it is ok if you plan ahead. The bed pillows were so great. The bed is VERY soft so be aware if that is not something you care for. The property manager was amazing….great communication and so helpful, she made our trip very easy!!!

3 days at the convention

Ive stayed in multiple different units at the signature. This was the first one bedroom unit. Although i dont mind the studio units i usually get, this was a nice change of pace. The lower floor was interesting as well. Over all i really enjoyed this rentL and will save it for repeat visits. Thank you.

Plenty of room for 4. There are pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, and an ice maker. Dishwasher too. I didn’t find any cooking sheets, pizza pan or scissors, but there was a bottle opener and pizza cutter. It was really nice having a kitchen. The description and photos are accurate. The property manager is awesome. I hope to stay here again.

Great option

Having a kitchen was useful because the area restaurants were so over-priced. The location was pretty good for access to the las vegas convention center. There was the monorail, shuttle bus, and uber. Shuttle bus and monorail was a bit of walking but Uber/Lyft and taxi pick up very close. This is in tower 3- a bit of a walk to the MGM grand indoors, but not too bad. No TV in Master BR.

I loved this property! The selling features when booking were the extra bathroom, balcony, and kitchenette (it's hard to even find a minifridge on the strip), but what I ended up loving was the view of the Sphere from the balcony, the SUPER comfy bed and great location. It's also an older, less rowdy crowd than you'll find on the rest of the strip, which is a positive in my opinion. The owner was also super responsive and answered a bunch of questions for me before I got there. If I was trying to be picky, I would say the pull out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable (as all of them are) and there were few dusty spots on tops of mirrors, etc, but otherwise it was clean and we loved it! Overall, I would absolutely stay again!!
