It was a good location, parking was enough but a little tight, smaller cars would be fine. We were without hot water for half the stay by they were responsive and got people out right away.

Family Birthday Weekend!

The stay was very nice and communication with the host was easy and quick. The hot tub on the roof was our favorite part but we loved how everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. It was spacious and clean. It was also close to downtown which was even better!

Long Weekend in Nashville

Place was overall good, plenty of room for a group. Rooftop hot tub was great. Check n was very smooth. Only things that could improve was overall cleanliness and not may supplies in kitchen. Only 1 knife, 1 fork, one coffee cup. Place was just dusty and had dirty dishes in the dishwasher at check in.

Nashville Mens Retreat

The overall house was great, comfortable beds, very roomy and only 10 minutes from Downtown. Could use a deep cleaning on the floors and showers. There were only 2 coffee cups and 2 drinking glasses in the unit. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

50th Birthday Bash

Spacious property. The rooftop furniture & hot tub could have been maintained better for that luxurious vacation feel as marketed. However, I was reimbursed promptly. The one coffee mug, no wine opener, and missing TV remotes were easily rectified. Overall, the quiet location and transportation recommndations were Excellent!! We had a great time. We took Lyft and Uber into town (about 10 mins ride) and worked great. Hot tub was nice to have on site (small one, but worked good).

Nice condo

Condo has lots of space, nice decor, good for big families. Close to downtown. Cleaning crew needs to double check that everything is done before they leave. We had a great time in Nashville.

An ok stay….

. The house itself was nice and clean, but the presence of huge spider webs in the garage and marked up walls were a bit off-putting. I was disappointed with the unresponsiveness of the rental company when I tried to address these issues and request a late check out. On a positive note, the proximity to downtown was great and being able to see all of the fireworks was a definite bonus. However, the neighborhood itself didn't feel very safe and the outdoor furniture was in poor condition. In the end, I would say that my stay was just okay. There were some positives and negatives, but overall it was an average experience. I would recommend this place for its location, but be aware of some potential drawbacks.

Most disappointing VRBO

I sent the following information to the host - King Rentals - on the second day and got zero response. I’m used to hosts trying to make a situation right. But that did not happen here. We attempted to use the washing machine on the second night and it was a disaster. There was no setting that would allow the water to drain after the wash cycle. So, not only did my clothes not wash properly, I had to fish them out of the standing water in the washer and wring them out manually. (Water is still standing in the washer. I have no idea how to get it to empty.) When I then went to put them in the dryer, not knowing what else to do, I found 3 partially dry towels still in the dryer presumably from a prior guest. Some additional things were quite disappointing: 1- Many, many tiny dead bugs (in the sinks, on the vanity, and on the floor) in the one bathroom on the second floor 2- One of the stovetop burners was left on from a prior guest 3- No hand towel in the bathroom on the 1st level 4- Missing one chair in the living room (we saw it in the garage with a missing cushion) 5- Dirt in the hot tub and general messiness of the rooftop deck 6- Only 1-2 hangers in all the closets 7- Area rug in the living room is stained and thread-bare. Couch is also unkempt. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO property (in 15+ different places) that has been so poorly furnished and in disrepair. There are always games or movies, and a notebook of recommended restaurants, sites, activities, etc. as

Spacious but needs TLC

Spacious property with plenty of room, but needs TLC (beat up walls, bedroom doors don’t latch shut and not very clean). Given just one towel per person, and the towels are very worn. No hand towels or washcloths provided. Outdoor furniture is beat up and there is minimal privacy on the deck. Took several days to get a response about amenities. Minimal dishes provided to cook with and just four coffee mugs. Not what you would expect for a place that is designed to sleep 20 people.
